This wonderfull 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool and spa room sleeps up to 10 people. The first bedroom, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Upstairs the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms all have two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. This place is great for a very large family or two families traveling together with kids. The kitchen is very swish. It has updated white cabinetry, large countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Behind the breakfast bar are glass patio doors that lead to the pool area. If you need more than 4 seats, there’s a modern, classy formal dining room suite with 6 seats. This is the perfect place for everyone to come together and enjoy a meal. At the living room, that has 2 tan contables sofas, a tan overstuffed armchair, a large flat screen TV, and another pair of glass patio doors that lead to the pool area. Head outside to the screened-in pool area, and you’ll find a large pool with a spa to swim in, sun loungers to sunbathe on, and a patio table and chairs to relax on with your favorite ice-cold beverage. There are also views of the golf course from the pool area. If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a table tennis and hours of fun to be had. Did we mention there is Wi-Fi in this house?


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
