Tried to call the facility 5 times to inform them of a late check-in, no success, called Orbitz, and thru thu Orbitz, we were told that we have to check in by 9:30pm (the property info states it’s supposed to be 11pm) and that was at 8:30pm when were still in Orlando area. I tried to cancel with Orbitz, after 1hr on the phone, they said they’ll wait for us til 11pm, as if that was a big favor, as they said they will still charge us the full cost of the reservation. - Most of the pictures in Orbitz are not a true representation of the property. - We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds for 7 people. We were asked to book their last 3rd room, because they said they only have 1 room with 2 double beds and 2 rooms with 1 king bed each. They said we have to pay full price for the third room as well, even though it was their fault. We told them we can fit in two room as the two people in our group are children. - After checking in, we were told to hurry up and check if our keys work as they are leaving for the night. - Upon entering the room we saw two cockroaches - Sink is cracked - Bathroom toilet have splash of paint - Tub drain is molded - Tile grout is black - We slept with the lights on because of the cockroaches, even crawling on the bedside table
The police had bugs in it it was dirty cigarette butts outside smell was coming in the room I just looked like somebody threw together a room very incomplete construction all night long somebody slammed something every hour on hour just didn’t get no sleep place sucks

Would be nice for pool to be available. Room was clean however if you walked barefoot your feet got black. They need an area where a handicapped individual did not have to step up curb. Never located ice machine and was given no map of property. Availability on the tv was worse i have ever had and staying 11 nights kinda sucked. Owner was nice. Cleaning crew never came into room with towels or to empty trash. Some kind of crazy worms was on floors several times and on bed one time.
Nothing i liked about it the place was a dump . Not at all what was shown in the pictures, i would rather sleep in my car.

I rode down on My Harley and Stayed for Our CMA Seasons of Refreshing in Lake Wales. This room was Quiet, Secure and Friendly Staff. I will stay again
Horrible hotel. Further from Legoland than they said, over 8 miles. No microwave/fridge, smoke detector was off, toilets didn't flush. I cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation!
