Upon arriving at the property we found cockroaches in the kitchen, blood in the back of a door of one of the bathrooms, mojo in the bathtubs also called the owner because the pool has no privacy because it has cameras and the owner did not want the camera to disconnect I have been renting in balmoral resort for 7 years and this is the first time I have had these situations

We are so grateful that the host allowed us to book within just a few days of our stay and was so accommodating. We hosted a basketball team for AAU Nationals, only 10 miles / 20 minutes from Advent Field House. We had some delayed communication with the property management company, but the host/home owner was great and responsive. We will definitely consider this property again for next year!
