Das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Deutschen Kolonie unterhalb der Bahaei Gärten gelegen. Parken vor der Unterkunft war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war einfach und schnell. Sehr schön konnte man Abends auf dem kleinen Balkon sitzen und dem Treiben auf der Ben Gurion Aven.zusehen.
