Nice place for the money

This is a nice hotel nothing fancy. Clean room cold AC small TV but right in the middle of Catba. There is also a restaurant and Cafe in lobby, I got a fruit drink and some coffee it was great and very reasonably priced. It's a little hard to find on GPS I don't think they have the address correct. Overall I would stay there again. Oh yeah and if you're looking just to relax in your room they do have a few English TV channels.

Bed with other peoples hair when I got there no one empties the trash in the bathroom at all, and the bathroom was weird. But the view was great, room was big and there's solid AC.

Khách sạn không có máy sấy tóc. Rất bận tiện.

Thời điểm mình đi Cát Bà rất vắng vẻ. Ks còn trống rất nhiều phòng và bản thân mình cũng bị đặt thừa 1 phòng mình đã thanh toán trước hết, mình mất không 1 phòng mình cũng chấp nhận. Vậy mà khi mình có hỏi nhân viên ks, rằng có thể linh động cho mình check out muộn 1h được không? Bởi vì khách sạn vắng khách nên mình out muộn 1h cũng chẳng ảnh hưởng gì. Vì hôm sau tàu 2h mới chạy. Vậy mà nhân viên ks bảo mình hỏi ý kiến ông chủ đang ngồi ở cửa. Mình hỏi thì ông chủ khách sạn nói:"ở thêm thì tính thêm tiên thôi". Theo quy định thì đúng là như vậy tuy nhiên nếu ks vắng như vậy thì nên linh động cho khách để họ thoải mái. Còn nữa, mình hỏi là ks mở cửa tới mấy giờ thì ông chú đó bảo về trước 12h. Từ khi nào ks có quy định như vậy vậy ? Rất là không thích thái độ của ông chủ khách sạn. Ổ điện ở trong phòng ít và đặt ở những vị trí khó sử dụng.

Nebensaison = Bausaison

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im My Ngoc. Hier ist Nebensaison = Baustellensaison! Einmal war ein Betonkran so vor das Hotel gestellt, dass wir kaum hinein konnten. Tagsüber wurde der Lift oft zum Zement transportieren benutzt. Ab 8h a.m. wurde gehämmert. Es hat nur eine Frau, welche Englisch spricht, die ist aber selten da. Restlicher Staff spricht NULL ENGLISCH, das ist mühsam. Also kann man auch nichts reklamieren, es veesteht wh niemand etwas und die Frau meinte winmal sie hätte ein Baby und hätte nicht immer Zeit. Tja....so kriegt man schnell schlechte Reviews! Das Hotel wäre sehr zentral, das Zimmer welches wir hatten (402), war gross. Doch der Kühlschrank stinkte, das Wasser des Lavabos floss durch das Bad, etc. Die Zimmer ober unt unter uns waren die reine Baustelle. Gesagt wurde uns nie etwas, auch ein Nachlass stand nicht drin (man konnte ja nicht mit den Leute än sprechen). Für das wenige Geld (nur 12$) war es ok, weil wir ja nur dort schliefen und ganztags jeweils auf Exkursionen waren!
