This is very Bad hotel! When I was in Hai Phang, I afraid of being cheated, so I asked this hotel to call a taxi for me, but the taxi called by the hotel tricked me! I told driver go to nearest ferry from this hotel, but The taxi driver took a very big turn, I took lots of pictures as prove, at last the meter shows 486,000VD, but he asked 4,860,000VD, I'm not new guy for Vietnam, last i paid him 500,000VD. He also asked high way ticket for 200,000 VD, i saw him to pay high way officer only 20,000, i argued with him again, last i paid him 20,000 for highway. After i came back hotel, i ask the Hotel reception, how much i need pay to ferry? they told me only max 50,000, I asked her to tell me the driver name and phone number, she wouldn't tell me. I think The hotel is not innocent and the driver is definitely not first time to cheat foreigners. The taxi license plate is 30A 695.70, he gave me receipt number is 04442, I advise u don't go to this hotel, don't go to this city.

Girls at front desk were very friendly. Hotel breakfast was very good with a larger selection, internet was very fast, only disppointment was there was no way to figure out how to make hot water work in shower. I don’t like cool showers.

A place to stay, that's about it

Hotel appeared nice at first. Room was set on lowest temp and was humid and hot all night, only cooled down very little, bathroom was plain gross. Could feel all the springs on the bed, very hard. Breakfast was pretty poor. Also ants were crawling all over the food. In this case, you really get what you pay for.

Nice hotel, disappointing breakfast

Nice hotel, little run down but got the feeing there wasn't many guests at this time. Breakfast was disappointing but again I think it's low season (which isn't an excuse but is possibly a reason). Breakfast was 6-9 (I think) and we arrived at 8:30 and it seemed that everything was made at 6 and nothing was renewed/replaced including the tea and coffee, despite 3 staff members sitting at the bar. Had to ask for more tea which came out barely warm. There was some Vietnamese option and also fruit and salad but the plates were mostly empty. However you can get eggs cooked fresh for you and some bits of bread so it's better than nothing.

This hotel was decent. It was exactly what I expected. Comfortable bed, soap, shampoo, toothbrush,a comb, and all other necessities were provided. It was also an affordable price. Their air conditioner work great, too.

Booked this hotel for my friend for 5 nights in Hai Phong. The pictures look nice on the website. My friend called me the same day she checked in. The room is smell. There are hair on the sheet. They do not change sheet and clean the room. The service is not good. She moved out the next day and checked in another hotel which is cheaper and cleaner. She is Vietnamese and has been lived in the US for 16 years. If you are Westerner, you will feel gross. The owner needs to pay attention to the services and make sure the rooms are clean , otherwise he/she should not in the hotel management business. Hotel management 101!
