Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Das lag vor allem daran, dass wir nicht sehr hohe Ansprüche haben und uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangieren konnten. In Summe hat aber Einiges nicht gepasst.Positiv :- Lage: an einer Wiese am Ende der Straße: ruhig und sehr viel Platz- Meer und Ortszentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar- genügend Tische und Stühle- WLAN funktioniert.Kritikpunkte:- Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, Schuppen und Nebengebäude sind vermüllt.- Bei starkem Regen steht innen an der Haustür eine kleine Pfütze- Licht über dem Esstisch geht nicht, auch neue Glühbirne brachte nichts- Dusche: Wasser lief nicht ab. Wir haben uns mit Rohrreiniger geholfen, dann ging es. Aus hygienischen Gründen haben wir trotzdem mit Badelatschen geduscht- Wir hätten vor der Endreinigung mal durchgesaugt, aber der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht richtig- im Laufe der Woche sind beim Herd zwei Platten ausgefallen, der Kühlrschrank kühlte nicht mehr (Licht ging noch).- Am Ende hatten wir kein warmes Wasser mehr. Wir haben mehrmals Novasol kontaktiert, aber nichts passierte- In diesem Zusammenhang haben wir hinten in einem Schrank ein Stromkabel gesehen, bei dem die Drähte heraussschauen. Das könnte die Ursache für die elektrischen Probleme sein und ist lebensgefährlich.- Der Gasgrill von den Fotos ist ein KohlegrillDas Nervigste war, dass Novasol uns so hingehalten hat und wir am Ende drei Tage keinen Kühlschrank mehr hatten und kein warmes Wasser.

Das Haus hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Überall Spinnengewebe. Der Aussenbereich bietet keinen Sonnenschutz.Die Schuppen voll Müll und Gerümpel.Das Grundstück ungepflegt.Erst nach Aufforderung wurde wenigstens der Rasen gemäht.
