Lovely boutique hotel in Haarlem. Stayed here for work and had a really great experience – beautiful building, clean and comfortable rooms, and genuinely lovely staff who were very welcoming. Would happily stay again and highly recommend to others visiting Haarlem.

It’s a beautiful old school building turned into a hotel. Keep in mind there is no elevator, however, staff was there to help us with our luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. We would love to stay there again!

Very well located property with comfortable large bedrooms and excellent beds and showers. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The reception area facilities, with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate on demand, add a nice touch. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet at night and the courtyard garden behind our room. Do give it a try!

Large comfortable rooms although the set up for one was not so user friendly - with a large banana shaped bath tub in middle - so hard to use for multiple people ( 3 teens ). Excellent coffee and tea station, kept bikes safe in courtyard, close walk to everything, would stay again.

Breakfast was good. Omelets can be cooked fresh on request and the array of juices, bread, cereals and fruit were more than enough for anyone. Rooms were decorated in individual styles. Number 3 had this huge steel breakfast bar in it. Not sure what it would be useful for in a bedroom, but it was there anyway.

Staff were exceptional-friendly, courteous, and helpful. The coffee machine and games in the bar area was very much appreciated on rainy evenings! Our rooms were beautiful, with comfy beds and cozy linens. The property was clean, well kept, modern and charming. Breakfast on our first day was outstanding. The chef was male, maybe new to the hotel. The next breakfast wasn’t as good - different chef. It is a quiet neighborhood, very walkable to market area. Overall, we loved our stay.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a historic building with high ceilings and a welcoming atmosphere. Room was well appointed with a fantastic bed and good shower. We had a quick dinner at the restaurant, which offers a small menu. Food was very good, as was the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and location is perfect, on a quiet street in the city center near the train station and minutes walk from plenty of restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is quite nice and the staff is very friendly. However, be aware that there is no elevator. You have to carry your bags up and down steep stairs with shorter than usual tread depth. Lighting in the room is a bit dim, so bring a flashlight. The breakfast buffet is very nice, and the chef will make you a custom omlette upon request. The freshly baked croissants are so light and flakey they almost float away. They are to die for. The location is within walking distance of many parks and restaurants.
