Apartment was clean, host was helpful & view of the Mississippi was nice. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, fireplace & heated bathroom floor. There were several eating places near by.

Nice spot and with more room than a hotel!

We had an amazing stay. Very close to boat ramps and local taverns for a night cap and pizza.

It was a cute place to stay. The river view was awesome. Great walking distance for a lot of places. Our bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Great Stay in Guttenberg

This was an excellent place to stay, with a great host. Wonderful views of the Mississippi in a great little river town. Wish we'd been there outside of winter, but perhaps next time.

We enjoyed relaxing in the living area. We ate at the Lighthouse in Clayton. We visited the coffee shop, brewery and winery. This place has a great view. Our only complaint was the bed.

Very cute apartment! Spent a lot of time hanging out on the balcony enjoying the river view. Loved the area and the scenery. Pikes Peak is a must!! We will definitely be back to explore more.

Great river view!

We were very pleased with our stay! Perfect location for what we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the Guttenberg Brewery and also the Dam Bar! The only drawback would be the bed was not very comfortable.

Enjoyed the quiet, historic river life getaway

My husband and I enjoyed learning about the historic town of Guttenburg and the quiet pace of life as the barges slipped by and through the locks. The riverwalk was inviting and the birds plenty. Great place for a get-away.

After two day's in Galena, IL it was a nice place to relax and take in the nice scenery. Enjoyed the local site's too. Wish we could have stayed another day.

Guttenberg Getaway

Mr. Rogers River View was fantastic, everything was very clean and well stocked with all the items we needed. The balcony patio was fantastic, we sat out there in mornings to enjoy the views and then we ate our supper out there one evening while enjoying the beautiful weather! We would definitely recommend it to others and we will hopefully be back to stay!!

Great view. Very clean. Bed was not great. Wish there were a few more amenities in apartment like hand soap, dish towels, Saran/foil etc. we would stay again. Great location.
