Really bad experience
The property should not rent their rooms out when they are having a big event for other folks there at the same time. A wedding shower was going on. 70 or so people downstairs most all the night. The people who had the downstairs room requested to move and they were mistakenly moved into the room my wife and I had rented. We had nowhere to stay when we arrived. It took us 30 min to contact someone for help. They put us in the upper room (Eagles Nest) which has an absolutely dangerous stairwell and truly rough on someone with a knee replacement. The cleaning lady showed and helped get us into a room on the 2nd floor so she was a huge help. But then, we battled thru the night with one of the couples setting the thermostat to 75 and we'd bounce it down to 69. If we hadn't been able to grab a fan from upstairs we'd have gotten no sleep. Then, there was zero hot water for showers. Yes, it's an old house, and your expectations should be lower, but it was a miserable experience.

Convenient to Everything
Owners did a great job of keeping the Victorian charm of this of home yet giving it the modern comforts needed to give the guests a comfortable stay.
It is walking distance to all the main places to see and eat in town.
Only thing I recommend is a luggage rack in the rooms for guests to set their luggage on.
