Hummingbird Hill On A Scenic Drive

Hummingbird Hill is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath situated on a gorgeous hill over-looking beautiful Lake Guntersville. The long front porch is great for relaxing. Hummingbird Hill has a Spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen and dining room is equipped with all your needs to entertain while you’re here. The Master Bedroom(King Bed) and Bath is located on the main floor with a large picture window that has a gorgeous view. The Master Bath features a large Walk in Shower and jacuzzi tub. There is a patio out back on main floor with a charcoal grill. The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms. 1-bedroom has 1- Queen Bed and 1-daybed/trundle bed. The other bedroom located upstairs has 1-Queen Bed and 1- antique iron cot size bed( for Kids). A spacious Sunroom is located on 2nd floor also. This is a great hang-out spot for watching sports and playing games with the family. The 2nd floor also has a large deck off the back of the Sun room that has a gorgeous view. Hummingbird Hill has a 2 car garage to make loading and unloading easy. Hummingbird Hill sleeps 9.

Great house in the woods

The house was beautifully decorated. Very homey, clean and comfortable. The master bathroom on the first floor is very nice. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed except we couldn’t find a toaster. All appliances in the kitchen are updated. The laundry room was nice. The washer and dryer are new as well. You are literally in the middle of the woods and the front porch was nice to spend time on. The only concern I had was that the driveway is very, very steep. The check in process was super easy. Our stay was lovely and would recommend this house for a quiet getaway in the woods. There is also a grocery store and restaurants within a mile or so… as well as the lake for putting a boat in the water or fishing/swimming.

A very comfortable place

This was such a great home. Very inviting and comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated for the Holiday Season. Comfortable mattress, fully stocked kitchen, nice big garage. Truly a lovely and comfortable place!
