Hey Folks just a friendly reminder that this property does require you to sign a lease and provide a picture ID in order to rent....
Full of soul and artistic design this 3 bedroom 2 bath 102 year old cottage. Enjoy a week at America's most affordable beach town. The house is located in one of Gulfport's oldest Neighborhoods. It Is a friendly historic neighborhood it is common to sit Outside and drink sweet tea and enjoy the sea breeze while waving to neighbors walking dogs and riding bikes. The neighborhood is very diverse young and old alike People of all back grounds that own or rent in this typical beach area. It is located one mile from a large military base Were you can hear colors playing twice a day. A great way to enjoy your day and this nostalgic neighborhood. Close to food and shopping. This home is by no means a 5 star resort but offers affordable basic lodging for the practical and budget minded consumer. The house was built in 1920 and updated in 2005 it has smaller bed rooms as most 100 yr old homes do also decent sized common area rooms. At 1900 sft its perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The master bedroom has a king bed and dresser and small settee in it and a large bathroom {open area bathroom.} This bedroom also has a set of French doors that allows you to exit the house and small sitting area outside the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom being much smaller but still room enough for a queen bed and dresser, basic but functional. The 3rd bedroom is down the hall from the 2nd bedroom just passed the bathroom, It is a smaller room with 2 twin beds Room also has a small dresser. The house will have basic towels and pillows however we do suggest you bring your own if your wanting something more then basic necessities. We keep the price for renting our cottage affordable by only providing basic necessities and this has work very well for most people. Our cleaning fee is also kept lower as we expect each guest to clean up after themselves and leaving each room as they have found it. Parking is limited to vehicles only. Please message me if you have a trailer or extra large vehicle to see if we can accommodate you. This area has strict parking rules.

We require a signed lease and ID proof prior to releasing any check in information. You can do this prior to your check in date via docu sign or in person at check in.
WE AS HOST TAKE GREAT CARE IN THE PROTECTION OF OUR HOME AS WELL AS GUEST PRIVACY.
THIS HOME USES EXTERIOR "ONLY" SECURITY CAMERAS. THEY ARE USED FOR GUEST PROTECTION AS WELL AS PROPERTY PROTECTION AND "NOTHING MORE" .... Our camera area cover the entire exterior of the home on all corners. This home is located in a high tourism area.


Please be mindful that you are visiting the Southern Gulf Coast, we are located one block from the Gulf of Mexico. Given our proximity to the water and the climate of the Gulf Coast it is common to encounter mosquitoes, gnats, ants, spiders, beetles, and a host of other insects. This area is also host to a bird sanctuary you will see and hear a variety of birds and other wild life such as raccoons and opossums. We do not anticipate any issues during guest stay, but this cannot be 100% avoided due to the environment on the Gulf Coast If this is an issue for you please take that into consideration before booking this home or any other home on the Gulf Coast.
****Home is cleaned with bleach and pine cleaner as well as a verity of house hold cleaners that are scented also towels and sheets are washed with scented washing powder as well as a verity of scented fabric softeners. Home has scented sprays such as lemon grass used regularly.***
