This immaculate two story home has spacious decks. In fact, each bedroom has a deck. The large great room area is close to 900 square feet with decks facing the gulf. There is a carport underneath the home provides covered parking with a storage unit and an outdoor, enclosed, shower and an open, outdoor shower.The house also features two outdoor picnic tables. Seafoam has a shaded pool underneath, perfect for children or those looking to avoid too much sun.
The large, open kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and TWO refrigerator/freezers, and custom-made cabinets. The home also offers televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, telephone with free domestic long distance, a washer/dryer, and ceramic tiled living and dining rooms and baths. The entire house is beautifully decorated and features a stain glass window in the stairwell.
PARKING
Plenty of off street parking for up to 8 vehicles. Really more than you should be driving to a home that sleeps this many!
POOL?
You bet. Private pool. Sheltered under the home. Great respite from the heat! It is primarily a rectangle with outside dimensions and depth of 22x11x3-5' Rectangle
WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 250Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!
SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC
As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.
PETS
We do consider well-behaved canine furry friends. This requires owner pre-approval, and is subject to a pet fee (currently $250 per pet). Please inquire.
No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

Had a wonderful stay with our kids and grandkids. A short drive to town if you want to shop or go out to eat but the real gem is being right on a non crowded beach. We spent most of our time sitting in the sand or playing in the surf. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked kitchen, plenty of parking and quiet location, but within a short drive to restaurants and shops. Our family loved it. The only thing I would mention to potential renters is there are a lot of stairs to get to main level so unloading luggage, groceries may be a concern for someone not able to do a lot of stairs.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! It was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to have needed space. I would recommend this home for any family gathering!

Perfect location!
Great spot for blended groups. Perfect location. Only thing that would have been nice to have was non breakable dishes. Having younger kiddos with glass items only available with a tile floor was nerve wracking.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property. It was everything we could’ve wanted. Steps from the gulf and didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear back and forth!! A pool right there was also a major factor for us with some littles in our group it worked out well for them to get a break from the waves and the sun. Our entire group would stay here again no hesitation.

We enjoyed ourselves at your Seafoam House…thanks so much for the early check in…some rooms upstairs could have been cleaner , (floors)…also would mention that several bathrooms need attention to plumbing issues, kitchen faucet needs attention. Overall, we would return except for the crowded beach due to public access route

First family vacation
Everything was really nice. The kitchen provided all the cooking utensils, pans, and a couple of crock pots we needed. It was spacious enough for our large group. The 2 outside decks were enjoyed very much. Only one small issue with a bathroom door, but it was taken care of in a timely manner.

Spectacular Seafoam Beach House
I highly recommend Seafoam beach house! Beautiful beach view, plenty of space and bathrooms!!! Outside area was great for hanging out or the kids playing in sand. Kids & adults enjoyed the pool! Shared volleyball net with neighbor… had some friendly volleyball competition that broke the ice with the neighbors that have now become friends!! 😊 The only negative would be it being right by one of the beach access paths… but really wasn’t much of a problem. The house and location was awesome!!

Great house. Loved seating in common area. Loved beach access off back steps and pool under house. Beach a little crowded than used to but didn’t realize public beach access was right beside house. Overall great place to stay though!

Perfect location
This home is right on the beach, could not have asked for a better locale! Sleeps 17, but 2 of that count are on a flimsy fold out couch.
The property management were extremely good, they quickly answered all emailed questions, and sent someone out 3 times for various requests.
The property itself was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!
The only negatives were some small matters - the towels are like sand paper, so definitely bring your own! They are very clear that they don't provide anything, take that to heart! (Trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, baggies, dish soap, etc etc). The tub/shower doors were not sealed well, so water would get all over the floor, and they did not open/close well. Just small things to note, but this house was perfect for our family of 16 for 9 days!
Really nice Pickleball courts are in the city, free to use, and of course the beach! We had a photographer come do shots in front of our beautiful dunes, as well as down at the water.
Overall, highly recommend this property!

Seafoam vacation
My family and I had the best time staying at the Seafoam! There were 10 of us and it was the perfect amount of space. The living area allowed us to all cookout, enjoy meals, play games, watch tv together, etc. We loved being right on the beach! One of the best parts was the pool being under the house. It was so hot and being able to take a break from the beach and not be directly in the sun was so nice! We definitely recommend staying at the Seafoam and we will be back!

Very Nice
Our family of 15 spent the week here and it met our needs. We enjoyed the balconies over the beach and the kids loved the pool. It’s an easy walk out to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need (except ice). We utilized the extra living area as a bedroom for three boys. It could be awesome if the rooms with twin beds had bunk beds instead. No extra space would be needed but four more kids could have a bedroom.
There is a lot of dirty carpet, but that’s to be with carpet in a beach house rental. Mattresses are very firm but comfortable. The ice makers both quit working. A repairman came the day after I reported it but he couldn’t fix them. We just bought ice. The home is right next to the public beach entrance so it was super crowded. We made sure we set up early in the morning so we would have a spot on the beach. Overall, it’s a very nice home and we enjoyed the stay. Communication was very good and we loved the suggestions from the owner.

Family Vacation
We recently rented the Sea-foam house and was totally satisfied with the house and the location. The beach access was so nice, you were on the beach in 30 seconds and could come back to the house as needed easily. After watching the people struggle with their wagons, tents, chairs, kids etc, the beach in the backyard made it well worth the visit. When we were not at the beach we got to relax in the pool and take a break from the sun. We had 14 in our group and everyone had plenty of room and bathrooms. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a beach house to rent.

Beautiful vacation home
Met family from Tennessee and Texas. Had everything we needed. We do a lot of cooking and could have used a pantry for storing groceries. It was a great place with ample space to visit or have some alone relaxation time.
