My trip was ruined because the air conditioning wouldn't go any lower than 73. I had to contact Vacasa 2x before they sent someone out. A lady named Michelle came and she turned off the ac completely in case it was frozen and we turned it back on 4 hours later even though she said we could at 2 hours. She told us to contact her if it didn't fix it but when I texted her she ignored it both times I reached out. She also said that the owner was adjusting the thermostat remotely and that was why the numbers would keep changing.

Great location! The condo was good, pool and beach were great. Hot water heater quit working and did not get resolved during our stay, but we were compensated. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

WiFi and AC work great so bring throw blankets if you chill easily as none were provided. Bathrooms could use a deep clean and some updates, but overall this property was excellent. Close to everything, short walk from room to beach, clean pool. Not a huge property so not overcrowded even when full. Wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean.

Great place to stay

We usually try to find a place in Boardwalk when we come because it is so close to sea n suds. This room was clean and I felt comfortable staying in it. The only thing that disappointed me is Sea n suds. The food was very bad this time. I hope they get it together because it was always our favorite place. Now our favorite is docs and we can stay anywhere and eat there. This room however was great and it was a good price. So I don’t have one complaint about this room. I would recommend this room to anyone looking for a great view at a reasonable price.

The location was great!! Beach access great! We were not told if 2 vehicles were brought one had to be parked across the street. The floors were gritty. Kitchen, baths were clean. The biggest complaint was the air conditioning. I did call and they responded pretty quick. There was a broken part and they fixed it but it didn’t work/help. The humidity was terrible inside the condo, so that made the floors even worse. I do realize we were at the beach and I’m well aware of tracking in sand but add in warmth and humidity, you get yucky, damp floors. The temp stayed roughly around 75 with humidity at around 80%. Not the worst stay at the beach but not the best either.

Clean and Comfy

Property was very clean and comfortable. Had a minor problem with sugar ants in the kitchen, but exterminators came in on day three of our stay and took care of the issue. We were able to park close to the entrance, and had easy access to our condo on the 2nd floor. The best feature was the amazing view of the gulf; we never tired of that! Overall, a very good stay.

Boardwalk 283 the location is great but the room needs a lot of maintaining. 1. The tvs in both bedrooms would not work the guy worked about an hour and it was apparent that he did not know what he was doing and couldn't correct the problem . He stated that Direct TV was the problem but the TV in the living room worked . The ceiling fans were a joke. in the master bedroom you couldn't turn the light off and leave the fan running. The one in the living room look as if it was about to fall. The one in the other bedroom when you turn it on it flashed on and off it has a short in the wiring. The master bath floor was filthy the grout is black and it looked like no one had touched it. I was very dissapointed as a whole when we get the chance to take a couple of days we would like to stay somewhere that is at least as good as home.

DO NOT STAY HERE

At check in, 4pm we received a text that our room was clean and ready and we received code to enter room. Once we entered the room, there was an oil like substance on all the floors, no towels, no linens on any beds, bathrooms were not cleaned, black mold in master bath, marks from pencil drawings on walls, trash from pervious occupant left behind. Condo was disgusting. Pull out couch still had body hairs on pull out mattress. Upon calling, I spoke with maybe 10-12 different people, and nobody was able to help me saying there was a linen shortage and everyone was busy and short staffed, that someone would call be back and nobody ever did. Called all day again Sunday with the same excuse, someone will call me back. Finally Kim with Vacasa returned my call around 1:00pm and was the only person within almost 24-48 hours that assured me they would clean the room and bring towels and linens. At 8:00pm they came to clean, which was a shock vac, made beds, and left towels which was the bare minimum. They sprayed Lysol multipurpose cleaner on the floor and then used a bath towel to wipe up floors, which left an overwhelming smell. Horrible experience and will NEVER book with Vacasa or stay at boardwalk again. They did reimburse an amount for the inconvenience, but we still paid way too much to stay in a filthy condo.

First appearance looks great

Parking was not great. Most of the time we had to park across the street. We were never given a parking pass so we had to get an extra one from friends in another unit. The king size bed had queen sheets and blankets, bedding was dirty and I had to wash it before sleeping, no wash clothes, fans had dust hanging from them like they have never been wiped down when I called the management service the girl was rude. She did send out new sheets and wag clothes but said she didn’t know what we wanted her to do about the parking pass. When we arrived we also had to finish the laundry in the dryer. It was a very disappointing because when we walked into the unit it did look clean.
