Spring Break 2024

Amazing house and property with everything that is needed. The kids loved being able to go from the pool to the beach and then back and forth again and again. For a house of this size it was amazing how clean and spotless it was. Hats off to the cleaning crew that takes care of this property. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and would stay again for sure.

The house was amazing and accommodating for thirteen of us…plenty of room! The elevator was a plus, especially since the kitchen is located on the top level. The views were spectacular, and we loved the secluded location…definitely hope to return for another visit soon.

First of all, the house is amazing! The views incredible and we had excellent weather and we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool. The staff and rental agents were responsive and professional. We will definitely be back!

Great stay from 13 women, but............

We loved our stay and rebooked for next year. Especially loved the round dining table that seated 13 perfectly! However we trust that the water filter/dispenser on refrigerator in kitchen will be fixed. (We had to bring in many gallons of water for coffee and drinking as we were told in grocery to not drink the tap water) AND we hope all doors and accesses are properly secure. We had several sliding glass doors that would not lock properly. We look forward to next yr. With an extra day added.

Spacious house with nice finishes

This is our 2nd year at this house and we love it. There were 11 of us and we never feel on top of each other. The view is amazing and the pool is a nice extra. Lots of chairs to borrow from the house.

Viva La Kiva was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together. There were a few maintenance issues with the house, but the management company was quick to respond and resolve the issues. Property was clean and as described. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Beach Week

The location was perfect for our family. The house was absolutely beautiful and designed to allow for large gatherings and privacy as desired. We all loved the pool (especially the younger grandchildren ages 2 - 7) and easy walk down to the beach. We were far enough from everyone else to appease my reclusive husband, yet the teenage grandkids could easily drive into Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and do their thing. Our grown children and their families were even able to catch at concert in Orange Beach during our stay. There are many choices for dining within a reasonable driving distance. The Dunes Grill is very close and has great food! The kitchen is well equipped so cooking family meals together is also a great option. We are booked again for next year.

Great Spring Break!

The house was very nice and extremely clean. The rental company was the best I have ever dealt with. Every house has a few issues to get straight and this rental agency was extremely courteous and timely addressing every issue we had. The only problem that wasn’t fixed was a broken burner on the cooktop. I believe they we’re waiting on parts. I would say the kitchen appliances probably need to be replaced instead of fixing. The appliances and faucet just need to be updated for performance. Other than that this house is awesome and I would definitely book it again!

Wonderful Weekend…Almost Perfect

The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The only complaint was that we were required to wash, dry, and fold all of our bath towels before our 10:00 am checkout. I’ve stayed in many places along the Gulf Coast that asked for the garbage to be taken out, refrigerator cleaned out, and dishwasher turned on. However, I’ve never been charged a hefty cleaning fee and then asked to laundry towels before leaving. It put a damper on our last night there because we spent the evening washing towels (the dryer took forever to dry the towels). With ten of us staying there, we had four batches of towels that took about 6 hours to wash, dry, and fold. We loved the house, but we’re not sure if we’d book it again unless the laundering requirement was waived. We went to the beach to relax…not to do laundry. But besides that, it was a great weekend.

It was a beautiful place. Loved the pool, beach access, and privacy. Biggest complaint is fix your elevator!! We had to call at least 4 times about it. There were several of us who needed it and booked the house because of it. Also when you are on vacation you should not have to wash all the towels and fold them. It is one thing to load the dishwasher but should not be required to put up the clean dishes. We pay a cleaning fee so clean!! Overall had a nice stay.

Everything we hoped for!

10 adults stayed in this home and it was awesome! We had plenty of space to spread out and yet also had great gathering spaces. Each bedroom had a king bed and a full bath. That was a must for us. The beach was expansive and beautiful. Being off Ft. Morgan Rd. is a bit off the beaten path and we loved that! Quiet, private and peaceful. And yet going into Gulf Shores was quick and easy. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.
