Appreciated good communication checking in and the parking. My family is disappointed in the nonprivate balcony. Strangers stood outside our view. Door leading to beach view is completed frosted over and doesn’t appear clean. Things broken: light switch on lamp in bedroom, faucet, towel hook. No rugs entering the condo or main living area as depicted in photos. Sand all over the floor and table. Two single bed mattresses are extra uncomfortable and appear to be very old and worn out. The pool is literally in the parking lot and is very tiny. Extremely deceptive. Don’t understand the pay for parking when you are allowed one SMALL space and must park somewhere. If you stay on 2nd floor you have 4 flights of stairs only to get to room. Get ready for the multiple hauls. Hard for elderly. Of all the rentals we have stayed in, this by far was deceptive and disappointing for the cost of room with additional parking of 52 to park your car during your stay. On Sunday the property manager was walking around with security scanning all vehicles and scheduling towing. That fee should be in the listing.
