The beach is just a few steps away! This non-smoking, 5th floor beachfront unit is located in Gulf Shores. It comfortably sleeps 6 and features approximately 800 sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has direct balcony access, a King bed and full bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunks and a private bath. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy a direct view of the beach and pool on the 8' x 20' covered balcony. Just one mile from The Hangout, this unit is centrally located to restaurants and shops.

This unit is under new ownership beginning December 2022. The unit features a 55" television in the living room & new mattresses on each bed. Bunk beds are solid wood.

Owner will provide code for check-in and will be available during your stay for questions or concerns

No pets allowed

Community Parking fee ($35) added to each booking

A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods are provided.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. Tara is a very thoughtful and gracious host. The unit was ready earlier than expected and we were able to check in early which is much appreciated. Tara checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. I am a bit particular on some things when traveling. It is important to note that all the rooms in this condo have fans. The AC works wonderfully, 10 out of 10. All the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was also very comfortable and the recliner made me realize how much I need a new one. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach here. This is a great place for families! This is the second year we have stayed at this building. I highly recommend this unit!!!
