¡Este hermoso dúplex está ubicado directamente en la playa del Golfo! ¡Abre las puertas traseras y disfruta del sol, el surf y la arena!

Este listado es para UN lado, pero tengo los dos, así que si necesitas más espacio, ¡podrás duplicar tu diversión! Solo pregunte y puedo verificar si ambos lados están disponibles (¡10BR! Dormir hasta 32). Hay puertas de conexión en el nivel principal.

Cada lado tiene 5 habitaciones. Las habitaciones son (1) King, (2) King, (3) King, (4) King, (5) 2 literas triples (individuales sobre dobles). Hay un sofá cama en el bono y salas de estar para más espacio en la cama en caso de que su familia numerosa o reunión lo necesite.

Cada lado tiene dos, sí dos, dormitorios principales, uno en el piso principal y el otro y el tercero, cada uno con una bañera de hidromasaje con ducha separada.

El Sundancer incluye múltiples televisores, reproductores de DVD, cable, internet, teléfono con larga distancia doméstica gratuita, dos refrigeradores en la cocina grande y bien diseñada, y terrazas en muchas de las habitaciones.

Una piscina privada, compartida solo por los dos lados del dúplex, frente a la hermosa vista de la playa del Golfo que lo invita a disfrutar de un pequeño descanso junto a la piscina con el sonido del oleaje rompiendo en las arenas blancas.

¿Un grupo realmente grande? Soy dueño de 4 dúplex uno al lado del otro. ¡Puede manejar casi cualquier tamaño de grupo!

Perfect Vacation

This vacation home was just perfect for all of our family !!! There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of play room for the kids too !! The property was clean, neat , and happy !! We would beach in the morning and go to the pool in the afternoon !! We also loved the location !! It was close to everything and especially the little store across the street !! I’m just sorry that I was too slow to book again this year !! Thank you Rick and Susan !!

Great House, Great Location

End of summer vacation with family and friends, and a last minute change of plans on where we were staying brought us to this house. Everyone wanted to be on the beach and this house delivered. Plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their own area and even more. Literally just steps to the beach and it was much less crowded than the public areas. Our group decided to eat out every night so we did not do much cooking, but it looked as though the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Communication with the owner and check in was easy with no problems at all. We had a great stay, and would recommend this property!

Perfect stay

We loved our stay in the purple house. The house was in a great location. Across the road from Waves that made it easy to pick up anything you needed. West enough that you have more space on the beach. Pool was great to share with just one other family. House was spacious enough large group didn’t feel on top of each other. Everyone could have their own space. We would love to come back!

Ideal Location

This house is in the perfect location! It’s not on the main, busy drag but still close enough to get to all of the restaurants, shops, and excursions you want to do. The house was great for our family of 14 (infants to adults). We loved having the private pool and being steps away from the beach. The house is a little outdated and needs some maintenance work done, but overall is a great place to stay.

Spring Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the extra bunk bed room was perfect for our group. The extra refrigerator was also a bonus! We appreciated the amount of communication and access we had to the management company.

We enjoyed our stay spending time with our family during the Thanksgiving holidays. The Condo was nice and we like that area. The complaints we had was the floor was dirty when we arrived, the mattresses were noisy, the appliances and linens were old.

Great place to stay!!

Loved the property. We would definitely choose this house to stay for family vaca again. Only complaint I could think of would be might could do a better mattress, or a mattress topper. But if there was no change I’d still be happy to stay again!!! Wonderful owners as well!!!!

Great location, not the cleanest

We loved how big the property was for accommodating our large group of 6 adults, 5 teenagers and 1 child. The pool right off the deck was wonderful and the short walking distance to the beach was perfect. Not too far for pulling all of our gear out and getting exhausted. The location to restaurants and shopping is great! What we were not satisfied with was how the property was just not clean. A half eaten pop tart left on a dresser, the floors feeling like they haven’t been swept in days (and we had just arrived) and the spill that wasn’t wiped up well on one set of steps that just collected dirt. For what we paid for the week, I would’ve expected better. The mattresses were a lot to be desired as well; and very dirty under the mattress pads. I’m very glad we brought our own sheets. I wish I would have read the reviews better to see that we could’ve called to have someone come re-clean the place and keep coming back until we were satisfied; especially since we paid so much for it. Our family had a great vacation and enjoyed being together in this very big house. Like I said, the location to the beach and to restaurants is perfect! I just hope that going forward, a better job is done in making sure that the cleaning is looked at further.

Fabulous vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Accommodations were great, weather was perfect, and a few of us never left the property! Plenty of grocery stores were close by, including a Super Walmart. Nice to have a pool for when the kids tired of the beach.

This is a great house for large families

This is a great house for large families We were very pleased with the layout of the house everyone has their own bathroom which is very nice when you’re entertaining 14 guest. The house could use some updating as far as some of the furniture. Also I know it’s impossible to keep but a few more pots and pans would’ve been nice as well it wasn’t a large variety. But it would not keep me from running this house again the owners were excellent to work with the maintenance staff was quick to respond to any repair or issue that we may have had. Highly recommend

Beach and Ocean Fun

Location was great! Away from large crowds and the large condos. Beautiful ocean view and clean beach. Home was true to listing, a couple small updates owner is working on, but overall great place to stay!
