Great trip and location- I think only thing that would have been better is it was inconvenient to have to pay for parking / fitness room / boat slip. Seemed like you get a little bit nickel and dimed on that part would rather it be all included in price

Great little getaway!

This was a very nice condo! The updated interior was nice and everything was clean. The lazy river was great but they do not provide rafts. So we had to go buy our own. The owner did offer to get some rafts brought to us but my husband had already bought some by the time we saw the message. Besides this one inconvenience, we were pretty happy with the condo and the overall property and would stay here again!

My wife and I brought our daughter and her 2 young boys to enjoy the pools and the scenery. Check in was a breeze thanks to Quentin and he even offered to use a compressor on site to inflate several floats for us.. All the night security officers were extremely friendly also.

Perfect family getaway.

Great condo, beautifully decorated, clean, and simply decorated. Stayed here with my husband and two young kids. The balcony overlooks the pool and the bay. The pool, lazy river, and slide are perfect for families. Overall excellent place to stay, highway recommend.

Large condo, relaxing with an amazing view.

We spent 3 days at Angela's condo. The whole process was extremely smooth and Angela was easy to reach and got back to us on emails right away. The condo is fantastic. The layout is great. You can be cooking in the kitchen, have a great view, socialize with everyone and even see the TV if you want. The kitchen was well stocked, even with storage containers for left overs. The large floor to ceiling windows overlook the pool and you can clearly see the bay and marina. The balcony is medium to large size and had comfortable furniture. We ate breakfast on the balcony whenever it was warm enough. I loved sitting in the recliner in the living room facing the bay and watching the boats. The bathrooms were large and bedrooms each had lots of room to store clothes and TV's. The laundry room came in useful for us and it has what looked to be new appliances. The whole building is concrete and we never heard a neighbor once. The location of the building is very nice, outside of the crowded areas with very good restaurants nearby. We ate at the marina Tiki bar (decent), had take-out from Doc's seafood (very good) and our favorite evening was at Flippers Restaurant where the food was good, service was fast, it was right on the water, and their Tiki Bar had a band. We highly recommend this condo if you're looking to stay in Orange Beach.

This is a beautiful place but

This is a very beautiful place but it was not very clean. From food still in the sink from the last visitors, blood stains on the comforter in the master bedroom, the guest room had someone's hair on it and had to be rewashed. Walking on the floor our socks turned black, and both showers had mildew in them. This would have been a perfect stay if not for this. I know that when booked this place there was a cleaning fee I would advise to find a new cleaning service.
