We are excited to share unit 1211 with your family. Designed and decorated with your every need and want in mind. It's been updated! Everything painted, tile flooring throughout with tile wainscoting on bathroom & laundry room walls plus tile baseboards to ensure that the unit is clean and sanitary for your family.

We think you'll agree, that compared to other units, 1211 is special.

We've added extra storage cabinets in both bathrooms and more towel racks and robe hooks for your convenience. You will even find extra storage racks in the closets. Nothing has been forgotten. Your stay will be perfect!

As you enter the condominium you will feel right at home. The decor is upscale but relaxing. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and inviting with high ceilings and floor to ceiling views of the Gulf.

This unit has it all! In the living room you will find a 39" LED television, a Blu-ray player and 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound so that you can gather the family for a great movie. The main stereo has master bedroom speakers available with the flip of a switch.

The luxury kitchen, with granite counter tops & a designer sink, has everything you need and want to prepare that gourmet meal. All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances are regularly checked to ensure they are adequate and in working order. We are sure this kitchen will meet your dining and/or entertaining needs.

There is a pantry with plenty of shelves, plus cabinet storage galore. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining room table is table height and comfortably seats six.

The laundry room, with its wainscoting and many hooks, is the perfect spot for all your beach gear. There is a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom features a king-size canopy bed with a plush-top mattress and lots of pillows. Linens provided follow COVID 19 protocols. Beautiful lamps on each bedside table invite you to crawl into bed to read or to watch the 32" LCD TV which has built in DVD, and plays audio CD's and mp3 discs.

The guest bedroom features a plush-top queen-size mattress with lots of pillows and linens that follow COVID 19 protocols. There is a 26" LCD TV that has a built in DVD player and also plays audio CD's or mp3 discs.

The bunk room is truly private and not just two bunks in a hallway. There is a chest for storage and COVID 19 protocol bedding! These bunk beds DO NOT have the standard bunked mattresses. They have twin 10" plush-top mattresses which will comfortably sleep adults. The bunk room also has a 22"LCD TV with DVD player.

The bunk room and guest room share an updated guest bath which joins the guest room and opens to the hallway as well.

All linens are furnished and follow COVID 19 protocols which ensures that they are all commercially laundered between guests. Each bed is made with a fitted sheet, a thin duvet and top sheet. **As a result, some guests like to bring an extra blanket if they prefer a comforter feel while sleeping. The only other linen you need to bring is a beach towel or two.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

Fantastic apt and facilities!

Loved this condo! The pictures do not do it justice: spacious, clean, comfortable. View from the deck was amazing. Host helpful about what to expect for arrival. Check in easy, parking a breeze. Took us awhile to get the hang of the door lock, but that was user error. Highly recommend. wasentirely

Outstanding beach stay

The location, cleanliness, kitchen necessities, updated decor and comfort are outstanding. There is plenty of balcony seating, dishware and comfortable bedding. The tv was easy to operate. The Gulf State Park pier is within walking distance on the beach. Hallways, elevators and public areas are clean. I’d highly recommend this property!

Lovely condo in great location

We really enjoyed staying is this very clean and comfortable condo. The location was great, close to many restaurants and attractions we wanted to see. AMAZING!!

Our stay was fabulous! Condo was exactly as described! There was amazing views from living room, master bedroom, and balcony! Elevator and beach access was easy. This condo is close to everything. We had easy check in and always found good parking. It was my best friends first time at a beach and they was so in love with this condo. My friend kept saying how lucky we was and that I found the 'perfect' condo. Thank you!

We came to Gulf Shores for a baseball tournament and ended with a few days of a family vacation. Unit was just as described and very clean. The owner was very accommodating and responded to messages quickly. We loved location of unit on 12th floor with great views of ocean and close to main elevators. Lighthouse Condominiums kept walkways, pool area, elevators very clean throughout whole stay which is not always the case in larger complexes. Would definitely rent again!

Check in easy-front desk (security) very friendly and helpful. Our unit was average. Decor is outdated, worn and dark. Coffee pot (2 in unit) did not work and there was an unpleasant smell in the condo upon arrival. Easy access to elevators and trash chute. Beach chairs were added bonus, but one had broken arm. Our host was super nice and helpful. We have stayed at the Lighthouse several times over the years find it a good location to varous restaurants and entertainment.

Great location

We always stay at lighthouse property and the location is great! This condo was nice, but some of the cooking items need replacing. We had to go buy our own frypan and colander as the frypans are in desperate need of replacing and there wasn’t a colander in the unit. Other than that the proximity to the elevator is great and as with all the units the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Place - Beautiful views of the Ocean

This condo is clean, nicely decorated & well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen equipment, utensils, kitchen appliances, etc. The master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable. The whirlpool spa jet tub in the master bathroom is GREAT!! Nice place to relax after long walks on the beach. This condo is quiet. I never did hear any neighbors. Plenty of parking in the covered parking garage. This particular room is on the 12th floor and is conveniently located next to the enclosure area where there are three elevators. All fast & efficient and working properly. Could not hear elevators or any other noise from inside our room. Indoor and outdoor pools were warm, inviting and clean. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as plenty of places to shop. We would definitely stay here again. We had a Great Time!!

Spacious condo with everything you need!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7. The kids LOVED the bunk bed room, which had super comfy mattresses. The place was impeccably clean upon arrival with the exception of a stain on the rug. Reached out to the property owner whose responded immediately and someone was there to clean it the next day. GREAT location! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The beach was super accessible and pools were awesome. The condo is furnished with everything you need for cooking. Amazing place and would definitely recommend!

Awesome Condo and Owner

Stay was more than perfect. Owner was quick to reply to our questions before our stay and then resolved a few issues we had during our stay with quick turnaround as well. Condo was very clean and location is perfect. We had a few friends come for short visits during our stay and condo had plenty of room for us all. This condo was like our home away from home for the month.

What a vacation should be

This place was literally perfect. Everything was nice, everything worked, everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The owners clearly were not just trying to put the minimum into this property. I have a very detailed eye and notice even the smallest thing, and at this unit all I kept noticing was that there wasn’t anything to notice. Highly recommend.

This is a good one

This condo was top notch. Very clean and beautifully decorated. A day at the beach or a evening at the pool you can’t go wrong. Gulf Shores is our favorite to vacation and we always stay at the Lighthouse. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Stay

Loved our stay. The Condo was exactly as described. I was concerned the bunk room would be too small for our 13 year old but that was not the case. The shelving allowed him plenty of room to unpack and still have room to unwind and relax. Angela, the owner, was very responsive. We reached out a couple times and she responded very quickly. I loved the deck set up. Enough seating for coffee/ drinks, meal or just relax with the family. The Pier and a few restaurants are in walking distance. Very helpful if you want to get out but not drive. Extremely easy access to the pool and beach. I would definitely reserve this unit again.
