Wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! Condo was clean and all the kitchen amenities (except a Keirug) but does have coffee pot. Also, pack paper towels and toilet paper because you only get one roll. The view from the 18th floor was pretty amazing! Liquid Life was excellent and we will be back!!!

Check in process was easy and host was helpful and responsive. Love that there are carts to help get all of your stuff from vehicle to the condo. The beach is fabulous! the resort pools were small but we didn't use them anyway. We had a great time we did parasail which was amazing. Cherry on top was fabulous ice cream shop. I would not waste money on eating at the Catch is was over-priced and not good.

Great place with a great view.

Overall this place is great and in a great location with an amazing view. No issues other than the small bedroom up front where the bunk beds are could a little more ventilation. Gets warm in there.

Great Condo/Frustrating Elevators

This condo is amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about the unit. My only complaint is how long the elevators take due to the number of people utilizing the whole complex. I would still stay here again 100% but take into consideration arrival and departure times.

Management company is terrible

Condo is great and location is great. The management company is terrible. I waited over 4 hours on checkin day to get a resolution to a code not working. Spent hours on the phone being lied to and ignored. Never was resolved and never got a code to use the entire trip. The lock had to be replaced by the onsite HOA and there was zero communication from the management company. The condo was not cleaned well at all and the floors were gross. I let them know right away and they sent someone to vacuum. She didn’t speak English and didn’t understand what I was asking. I was refunded part of my cleaning fee, but recieved no follow about the hours spent trying to resolve the key pad working. We did one key to share between 4 people, which was just not a great solution.

Condo was great except the room with the bunk beds didn’t have A/C. Communication was great with managers. Easy check in and check out process. The beach had double red flags which means the beach was closed for most of our stay. We still enjoyed the sand and the sun.

Great Views

Loved the view from the balcony. Sea and Suds was nice and steps away. Did have an issue with the toilet and they tried to fix it immediatley. Also power knoced out the elevators, that really stunk walking from the 18th floor. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

Wonderful view from the 18th floor directly on the beach. Only downside was waiting on the elevators bringing our luggage up the day we arrived.

Exactly what it says it is!

Amazing location. Absolutely loved the gulf views from the 18th floor. Kids didn’t want to leave! Hang out at the beach and walk back to the pools, it was perfect. Only thing is I had to drive to liquid life HQ to pick up our parking pass because it wasn’t in the room, however, this might be because we actually checked in a day earlier than we were scheduled, and that in itself was a blessing! So it was worth it! Thank you guys! We will be back.

Terrible vacation

We arrived on Sunday evening and the code we were given for the door did not work. Called Liquid Life which is who was managing this part and they gave us a one time code to get in and said they would have someone come in the morning to work on it. I told her we were going sightseeing and how were we to get back in. She said to go to the office in the morning they open at 9:00 and they could speed up the process. Went to the office at 9:00 AM and "Randy" could care less and told me to call Liquid Life. Called Liquid Life and they said someone was on their way and to go ahead and leave and they would text me a new code. No one ever got back with me on a new code and so when we got home on Monday the "one time" code worked. This code worked for Tuesday also and part of Wednesday. After 1:00 PM on Wednesday the code quit working and Liquid Life was again contacted and they sent someone out. My husband spent 4 hours with him trying to get in our room. The guy from Liquid Life and "Randy" from the condo left us without any additional help at 5:00 PM. I was on vacation with my husband and 3 grandkids who thought we were going to spend the night on the beach. All of our stuff was in the condo, car keys, cash, credit cards we could not go anywhere and eat or get another room. I finally told my husband to go to the guard shack and see if he could help, HE HAD A KEY......why didn't anyone know this???? We should be refunded $$ for all the aggravation and loss of use.

Lovely get away

Beds, pillows, linens were all very nice. Condo was well kept. Furniture was nice. Very happy with our stay. Went during Spring Break, no problems with waiting for elevators. Plenty of parking and can walk to restaurants, The Hangout and shops. Loved the owners had coolers for use and charging stations everywhere!! Nice TVs with streaming apps and Dish. Really liked the nice balcony furniture as well.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at Gulf Shores! We stayed Labor Day Week and did not have a problem with waits at the elevators. It wasn't too crowded at all, and the weather was beautiful. Condo was great - good location, loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Some of my family thought the queen bed in our condo was uncomfortable, and there was sand on the floor but otherwise the condo was very clean. It had everything we needed.
