Located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores this one-bedroom, 1.5-bath hotel suite offers you fantastic views from your Gulf-front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck.

This suite offers you a fully equipped kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a King-size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional half bath.

This room is located on the east corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The bathtub had a rubber mat in it that was filthy underneath it. I also had to put a sheet over the sofa prior to sitting on it, it needs to be replaced.The location was great

Gulf Shores

Very good access to the beach, less then 3 mins from room to beach depending on elevators. There’s always room for improvement but the idea behind our trip was to park the car and not move it while we were there. It mostly worked out except getting sunburnt and deciding to spend some time driving the coast line. No issues at all with the building or location.

Great location but cleaning challenges

Property is exactly as described, right on the beach, wonderful balcony and view, and access to restaurants and shops. My issue was the room was never cleaned during our entire night stay. I called three times and was assured each time it would be cleaned but never was. After the second call I went to the front desk to get new towels and was told housekeeping had been texted and the young lady said she was working tomorrow and would make sure the room got cleaned. It did not, I called again as was assured someone would be by. Again no one showed and I went down to get fresh towels and detergent for the dishwasher and toilet paper. The desk attendant again said the room would get cleaned. Clearly something going on with the cleaning as well as a problem with communication between the folks working at the desk and the cleaning team, or just an utter lack of concern about the cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture and carpet were worn, with high traffic areas stained and couch cushions thread bare. There are only two elevators for the property which are small and very slow, so you can easily have to wait for several minutes for an elevator only to have it too full to get in.

Great condo only missing washer & dryer

This condo was great and the view was amazing! The only thing that would have made it better was if it included a washer and dryer. I thought by reading the description that it would have been on the first few floors but the 7th floor still wasn't bad. The elevators were slow but that is to be expected with only 2 elevators for 17 floors. A bonus was that we received a few clean towels, a new role of tp, and soaps every day (The description online stated towels and toiletries would not be replenished throughout the stay.) This was great since we didnt have a washer/dryer to wash any. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Be aware that you can only park 1 vehicle at this location, so that was a downside, any additional vehicles have to be parked accross the street or in another off-site location. Overall, we had a great experience and will more than likely book again.
