The property was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! The short walk to the beach was great, and the private pool perfect for when we didn't go to the beach. It's located near many restaurants and shops. It was easy to get ahold of the rental company when we had questions, and they responded quickly.

Spring Break 2024

We had a great week at this condo. Location was fantastic and the people we met at the condo were super friendly. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach and loved the walking/jogging paths along the lagoon. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment

Cute 2 bedroom. Loved the ceiling fans, they were better than the center air! ☺ Nice quick walk to the beach. Pool was clean and quiet. Downstairs neighbor is a local and he's super helpful with his knowledge of the town. ONLY complaint was the living room; There is one couch that comfortably sits 2 people and that's it, needs more places to sit.

Spring break 2025

This was our 2nd year staying at this property. We enjoy the layout and location of the condo. My only complaint is that we weren’t notified that we would be without power due to repairs from 8:30-2:30 one of our days there. Other people renting condos were told about the outage prior to their stay and given a price discount for the day. We had no air, fans, lights for going to the restroom, appliances for making breakfast or lunch. We were just told they weren’t aware of the outage and sorry for the inconvenience.

Three C’s

This property is in need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. The couch is so dirty that we had to put towels on the arms. Also it completely wore out. Blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, wicker furniture were full of dirt and dust. Could hardly see out the windows. Mattress cover and pillows have stains on them. Would not recommend this unit to anyone.

This was our 3rd year at this condo and it works well for our family. The beach is convenient and we love the trail by the lagoon. The only complaint we had was the light in the bathroom didn’t work and the tv in the living room didn’t work. Maintenance came to switch out the bedroom tv with the living room tv. They took a bulb from the living room lamp and put it in the bathroom. This left us with no lamp in the living room. We told them not to bother switching the tv because the bedroom tv would be too small for the space. They came the next day to put a bulb in the living room lamp. These things should have been taken care of before we arrived.

Not a great stay

Property was not properly cleaned prior to checking in. Found random beer caps laying around. Found vape pods in one of the beds. Mother in law woke up the first morning covered in random bug bites. Seems like sheets were not changed on some beds. Smoke detectors were missing from ceiling. Overall not pleased with quality of stay for the amount of money.

We had a great time!

The place was clean, the check in process was easy and stress free. The building was as posted nothing different. Overall we had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

Awesome place

Very family friendly, rooms were set up great and plenty of space for a big group. 5 minute walk to the beach! The pool was a little small, but clean. Communication with property owner/management took a little while, but very sweet people.

Great location

We were disappointed that property manager never calls back to us when we had technical issue on Television in Master bedroom even, we know the office may be closed for a holiday while the office closes for the weekend. There is no way to reach someone in case for the emergency in case if something happens at the condo. Only way to email to property office or leave a message, no response back from the owner or property office during Christmas Holiday week. We are deaf couple could not be able to watch television because we could not get closed captioned on television in Master bedroom. My son in law is technical specialist tried to get closed captioned turn on for us. He thinks something in device blocked us to prevent us turn the assistance menu on television in Master bedroom. One more thing is the foyer area by the front door need to replace the light bulb. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towel, dish washer Soap while we stayed there.
