This beautiful beach view unit is fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. It is located in the Plantation Palms building, which is located in the Gulf Shores Plantation.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit has an updated kitchen that is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, built in microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and a tv. The guest bedroom includes a queen and a twin bed and flat screen television. The living room has a sofa sleeper and flat screen television. The unit also has a stack-able laundry unit. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. Free high speed internet available in the unit.
This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and offers numerous on-site amenities. Perfectly situated, the Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-developed, crowded beaches of the strip.
Parking is separate from the condo rental. Parking pass prices are as follows: $35 for a maximum of 2 cars per stay and must be purchased through the website below before check-in. Upon arrival at the security gate, give or show your e-ticket for a hard copy parking pass. All vehicles on-site must have a registration ticket. Purchase is required for guests when parking a vehicle at Plantation Palms. Anyone can pay for parking using the link below:

Keep your e-ticket to show to the guard at the entry of the property and the guard will provide you the parking pass(es). All guests must register prior to arrival. Do not purchase more than 30 days in advance. Upon arrival give or show your e-ticket for a hard copy Guest Registration ticket. All vehicles on-site must have a registration ticket.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

The Palms is our favorite building to stay in Gulf Shores Plantation mainly for the views and in-unit washer and dryer. This was the first time in this unit, loved the decor and the unit was clean. Will book again soon.
This rental was clean and had the majority of amenities we needed. Liked that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Not many units have this available. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was centrally located at the Plantation. It was a quick walk to the pools, hot tubs, beach, exercise facilities. Parking was also convenient. This unit had anything you could think of to take to the beach (chairs,umbrellas, fishing poles). It had a nice table and chairs on the outside patio. The only thing that I would suggest to the owner is that they upgrade the bathroom towels and the sheets to make this rental 5 Stars! Loved staying here.
Everything was just as listed. Beautiful condo! We were thankful for extra bedding, blankets, etc. Also the storage cabinet on the balcony filled with chairs, sand toys, and more to use on the beach was a wonderful surprise!! We used items, returned them, and even added a few things we wont be needing the rest of the summer! Overall stay was perfect!!
We loved our stay here. Some of our favorite features were that it was on the 1st floor with super easy access out the back towards the pool and beach. We also loved that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. And it has a full-size table for our family to sit at. The only slightly surprising part was that the condo is located right beside the trash shoot, but it didn't bother us. Loved the walkable restaurant and coffee shop too.
We loved our stay and the closeness toThe beach. Would def stay again. I did not like the parking situation. The security guy would not let us in without some code from where I paid my parking, even tho I had a receipt of payment, he kept me and another lady there for 1/2 an hour looking for it. It wasn’t on my email or by text. Finally someone intervened and helped but it wasn’t him. Very rude. Esp after having drove 7 hours to get there. I had a receipt too! But the room was nice and we loved it
