Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was nice if you like to be away from the crowds and the view was nice! The only complaint that we had was that the end was really hard and uncomfortable. Overall we really enjoyed everything!

Complaints
We enjoyed our time very much. Overall place was nice the floors where dirty when we got there but not a big deal. We did a quick clean and it was fine. My only real complaint would be that the management company came and knocked on my door and called me to inform us that we were being too loud and that if we kept it up that we would be kicked out. It was my girlfriend and I with out 2.5 year old son. He was in bed by 9 every night and we where hanging out on the couch watching as soon as he went to bed. As you people with kids know they can wear you out. I am having a hard time understanding how someone could think we are the loud ones. But instead of asking us about it they just threatened to kick us out. Pretty bad management in my opinion. We will not be staying at this location again.

Good for the price
it was very good for the price of the rental but when we got there, the “code” they gave us to use to get into the condo was nowhere near correct. took well over an hour to finally get someone to answer our, once getting in touch with someone they just gave us their own code without even asking for any type of identification or anything. condo was FULL of sand, dishes were disgusting, etc. then the pictures they show are not of the building that you’re actually staying in. if it wasn’t for the parking guards telling us which building to go to, we would’ve never known where our condo was. other than that, like i said it’s good for the price you’re paying and what’s around but that’s about it.

Great vacation
I'm taking off 1 star for location and neighborhood because of Two factors. 1. We didn't know it, but we booked during a World Series ball tournament. Because of this, everything was busier than our prior stays. The beach was very crowded, restaurants had longer waits, traffic was more congested, etc.
2. We LOVE the Sassy Bass. We love the convenience, the coconut margaritas, and the menu. We arrived Saturday night and they were extremely busy, not taking any more orders. I absolutely understand that, no problem. We'll try again later. However, they were then closed until Friday. We usually do not leave the condo area but once or twice, and ended up needing to leave nearly every day for a meal since they were only open 1 day of our stay. Again, I definitely understand there are reasons they needed to close, but I wish had been more prepared to not count on the Sassy Bass for meals.

Great Location
The location of this property was perfect! We had an ocean front view. The check in process was so easy and made the experience that much better! The furniture and bedding could definitely use an update. The couch and pillows had multiple stains as well as the bedding.

Quick beach trip
This was a nice condo. The sheets probably need to be replaced, they felt a little scratchy. There was construction going on around us so that was loud at times.

Great Affordable Spot
Overall this was a great place. The only small downside was the location. It is a 20 minute drive to Gulf Shores, however my family and I really enjoyed not having as many people on the beachfront. Also the VRBO information stated that parking was 20 bucks, but it was free when we checked in.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful condo for our little family of 4. The hall bunk beds were much deeper than others I’ve seen. Our children are young (7 & 3), but I think even older kids would fit okay. Condo had a generous starter kit of supplies, plenty of towels, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. My only slight comment would be that the shower toiletry caddy could stand to be replaced from some rust, and the ironing board is only a counter top board, not a full size (but it worked fine). We enjoyed being on the second floor. You can still see the ocean waves but also feel like you’re part of the community going on around the grounds. We will definitely stay in this condo again. The condo property was clean, but they did have to shut down one big pool and the kiddie pool for a day. It’s nice to have other pool options on the same property when this happens though. We’ve stayed at this same resort several times throughout the years. It’s family friendly and not nearly as crowded as other areas. It is a bit removed from some of the attractions (20ish min drive), but that’s part of why we like it.

Would not return to this property
The entire complex is not well kept and needs a lot of attention in terms of cleaning and repairs. Our unit was right in line with the complex - very dirty, needs updating and repairs. If you are ok with a ‘surfsce’ clean then you’ll be ok, but don’t dare look too close (scarey).
The complex is a minimum, 20 minute drive to anything entertaining including food and kids activities. If you want to be stuck out on a strip of beach in a run down complex, this ones for you.
The checkin process was super simple and hassle free
