Family friendly, not too busy, beautiful view of the ocean with easy access. The kids water play area was great! We were in unit 106...it REALLY needed a deep clean. The coffee table, baseboards, walls etc....it was definitely not luxury. Plastic chairs on the patio and one was broken. One toilet in the unit was not fastened down very well so it moved everytime it was used. We had an amazing time, but we will stay somewhere else next time.

Disappointed

Arrived to a not so clean condo. Dirty towels in the washer. It is managed by Luxury Gulf Rentals, so Phoenix V was unable to help me beyond giving me their phone number. I spent 2 1/2 hrs cleaning. This is not how I wanted to spend my vacation, especially after the extremely expensive cleaning fee. I was told on the phone that they would come get the dirty laundry so that I could do my own laundry & was going to lower my fees, but ultimately, nothing was done & I never heard back from them. The unit is in need of repairs. Phoenix V has a nice splash pad for those w/ small children, grills & picnic tables, a nice large pool, lighted tennis court, racquetball court & other amenities & located right on the beach.
