Escape to Gulf House 401, a serene 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo located on the 4th floor of a low-density building. Perfect for families or small groups, this peaceful retreat offers a quieter beachfront experience without the crowds of larger resorts. Luggage carts are provided for your convenience.

The spacious private deck features four large rocking chairs—ideal for relaxing while enjoying the sweeping Gulf views. Inside, you'll find a comfortable layout with a king bed in the primary bedroom (with en-suite bath), two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a full bed in the third. You're just a short beach stroll from the Gulf State Fishing Pier or popular local spots like The Hangout, Sea & Suds, and Pink Pony Pub.

Gulf House is a low-density beachfront complex in the heart of Gulf Shores. This is our perfect place for three couples to stay. This is our 2nd year to stay here and we all love it! It is clean and in a great location right on the beach. The host communicated everything well. We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and the dolphins.

Overall great experience, condo was nice , clean , plenty of room and comfortable beds !! We don’t have any complaints but just a couple things to keep in mind . The dryer does take several hours to dry a fairly small load of laundry and the outside pool is located on the west side of building so the majority of the time it’s completely out of the sun making it pretty chilly . There is also no bathroom downstairs in the pool area so with small kids that can be a hassle. Otherwise we loved the property, location and amenities. Would definitely stay again .

Great location, weird entrance to the parking lot from the street that required a tight u-turn. Shaded ground-level parking available, which was nice. Good view from the unit. The showers drained very slowly.
