This is a Great Property With a Great location and Fantastic amenities !!I had a small maintenence issue with a refrigerator that took a little longer to fix than i liked. However these things do happen. Appliances do have issues and ultimately it was fixed and thr situation was rectified. This will not keep me from coming back.I will Definitely be back to Seawind.The room was clean. The kitchen, workout, parking and overall facility was great !!Beach access was fantastic !!!

Perfect!

Great location, clean, and perfect for our crew. The kids loved the food trucks by the pools. The splash pad/kiddie pool was a favorite!

Good location

We enjoyed our stay here. The facility was clean and comfortable. Not having the pool in working order during prime spring break time was disappointing. Also, we had an issue with the oven causing the smoke alarm to go off the first night. The kitchen was definitely in need of some updating in regard to appliances. Proximity to the beach was great, super view and excellent balcony. We liked this property, but would consider something a bit smaller and more personal next time.

Disruptive Stay - Maintenance access needed 3 of the 11 days of stay.

The property was in a great location right on the beach, the unit in which we stayed had the carpet pulled back from walls and what looked to be black mold on bathroom ceiling. The amentities for the building no parking 1st level and pool under maintenance were communciated prior to arrival but post booking. The patio was amazing, we were just hoping to relax more and not be interrupted by individuals needing to access unit with all our personal belongings in.

Family beach time

Great experience. No surprises. If 8 have to complain it would be the tv remote in bedroom is not user friendly to streaming. You have to use the dish network. Not the worse thing in the world but it would have been nice to enjoy my favorite shows when we did watch tv. However it vwas

Nice corner condo

Nice condo. Great location. Corner balcony was amazing. The only negatives- 1. washing machine needs to be cleaned. It left residue on our clothes even after multiple rinses. 2. The bunk beds need to be fixed or replaced. They wiggle and make lots of noise.

Great location! Great condo!

Condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for a girl’s weekend trip. Within walking distance of restaurants and souvenir shopping and just a short drive to Walmart and Outlet Mall. When we noticed we didn’t have sheets for the pullout sofa, the owners were quick to respond to text messages and the sheets were left in the condo before we returned from the beach that afternoon! Would definitely stay here again!

We love the Seawind every year!!!!

We had a great time again this year in Gulf Shores. The condo is nicely decorated and has such a LOVELY balcony. There are three patio doors leading out and two table/chair sets out there. It was such a wonderful way to start the day, sitting in a comfortable chair with my cup of coffee in the sun. We saw dolphins around 8am most days. The condo is well stocked, with everything you could need- dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker, slow cooker too! We came prepared with laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish towels & paper towel, but likely did not need to. We’ve always appreciated the central location of the Seawind condo, and of course being right in the beach!!! We have stayed in several different Seawind condos over the years, but hope to return to this very place next year. Elevators seem to be a source of anxiety for many here, but we had no problems at all (month of March). (To mention as well- I was concerned with the mildew smell in the master bath when we arrived. However, running the exhaust fan and having the patio door open awhile totally cleared that out. The condo was very clean!)

Wonderful condo

We loved the condo! The restoration of the beach started earlier than scheduled during our visit so that kept us awake through two nights. Plus we were unable to visit the beach in our area. That was unexpected therefore caused us to lose a lot of priceless moments on the beach. We were there for my little grandson who asked to go play at the ocean again during his chemotherapy treatments. Every minute of every day has been cherished!

The condo needs updating, a good cleaning and the leak under the kitchen sink needs to be fixed. We enjoyed the beach, the pools at the complex were small. We probably will not stay at this complex again.

Great and Cozy!

My husband and I stayed with our 6 kids and it was the perfect space! Plenty of indoor space and the balcony was huge! Loved our mornings and evenings on the balcony! Property owners communicated quickly and were helpful. Plus the views were amazing! We would definitely stay again!

Loved the huge balcony!

Had a great time at this condo, listing was accurate. Interior is very nice! Only drawback was the sofa bed isn’t comfortable for an adult, but that was pretty much expected.

Wonderful visit for the AISA state track tournament.

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. There was a terrible storm with damage to the outside furniture, we contacted the property management and they had a maintenance person there quickly to assess the damage and clean up the mess. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

the large balcony was everyone's favorite, it was fantastic to have so much room out there for all 6 of us with great views. The tv/remote issues we had were addressed quickly, we appreciated that. The furniture was actually comfortable, thanks for not having just a 2 sitter coach lol.

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Be prepared to wait a bit for the elevators but it was also a holiday weekend for us.
