Boaters will enjoy a boat ramp, dock slips, & storage for boats, trailers, kayaks & paddleboards.
The Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio with the sunrise over the ocean and a fresh sea breeze! This 1BR, 1BA condo features a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa sleeper in the living room that will accommodate up to four adults, or two adults with two children. The full kitchen includes a stove/range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (toaster, blender, 2 coffee makers, etc.) and a complete set of pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. A stacked washer/dryer, WiFi access, and TV's in both the bedroom and living room are provided. The perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

The complex requires a one-time per visit parking fee ($30), and, if applicable, watercraft fee ($30), payable at the front desk on arrival. They will issue you a pass.

Great stay
Our recent stay at a VRBO in Gulf Shores, Alabama was a lovely one and perfect for the time away my husband and I needed. The one-bedroom condo was small, but perfect for the two of us. It was in a very clean and beautifully landscaped complex located just across the street from the beach. The condo management team maintains a very family friendly and quiet atmosphere. We also felt very safe on our daily walks in the surrounding area.
The owners responded quickly to the few small issues that came up during our stay. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. The appliances were well kept, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus.
I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and affordable place to stay in Gulf Shores.

Excellent location
I was hesitant to book due to the location not being on the beach. However, I am so thankful we did. We could see the ocean from the balcony and it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was absolutely incredible as well. We would absolutely book this location again!

The air conditioner didn't seem to work well at all and the flooring in the living room area was very sticky. Other than those two things the room was very cozy and had plenty of towels and extra little things that people may have forgotten to bring (shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, sponge).

Nice spacious one bedroom.
Our stay was great, the room was exactly what we expected as far as space goes. Communication with the host was available and in a timely manner. The location was right down the street from many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
