Head outside to view the expansive pool or take a quick 2 minute walk to the deeded beach access.

Located in popular west beach, close to the famous Hangout and the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer!

Due to the amazing location, this house is in a new construction neighborhood. Prices reflect construction discount, no other discounts will be applied.

The beach cottage is tastefully decorated with a nod to coastal luxury yet has all of the comforts of home to fully unwind during your amazing vacation. This brand new home features 3 bedrooms with en-suites, hallway bunks, open concept living/dining room, community pool, deeded beach access and large pool-facing deck.
