The first floor of this home features the Gulf-side living room and dining room along with the kitchen and laundry room. The first floor also features a Gulf-side covered deck and a bedroom with a t.v. and a full private bath. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the living area. The ground level offers covered parking and a pool.
