With outdoor seating and plenty of room to relax, the balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply enjoying the sound of the waves. Inside, the living room offers comfortable seating and smart TVs, creating an easy space to unwind after a day on the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The open dining area makes it easy for families or small groups to gather together.



The primary suite includes Gulf views, a king bed, and an updated en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and comfortable furnishings, while the custom twin-over-twin bunk nook provides additional sleeping space for kids or extra guests. WiFi and a full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Guest Access:

Entry into the unit is easy with our digital lock system. Guests will receive a unique access code prior to arrival for convenient self check-in.



Please note that parking passes are not included in your reservation total and must be purchased on-site directly through The Lighthouse. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit. Current parking rates are $50 per vehicle (subject to change).



The front desk office, located on the second floor, is open daily from 8 AM–5 PM for parking pass purchases. On-site security is available to sell parking passes until 10 PM. Guests arriving after hours may purchase passes the following morning. The office door also has a posted phone number guests can call to check if security is still available to assist with parking pass purchases.



Beach and pool gate codes will be provided during the parking registration process.
