The private balcony has a ceiling fan and a protective ceiling mat to prevent spills from the balcony directly above. The balcony over looks two pools, one for families and one for adults only.

The entry and window above kitchen sink overlook beautiful Little Lagoon. The condo features two bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms come fully decorated with coastal flair and has flat screen TVs. Both bathrooms feature tub/shower combos. The living room includes pull out sofa and large flat screen TV.
