Perfect location!

Lagoonacy was in the prefect location. We loved the swingset on the pier, only caught a few crabs but the boys had fun trying. The Beach was just a short walk away with the cabin being almost on the corner of the 12th Street access. Having the outdoor shower was nice. There's a great little resturant and general store on the 11th street access road only a block away, with a Blue Bell Ice Cream shop also! Had a great time!

Beautiful lagoon side oasis.

We travelled all the way from Alberta, Canada for the Sand in my Boots festival in May. From booking, to check in and for the duration of our stay, Rose ensured everything was seamless. The rental is as advertised and is clean and well stocked with items for your stay. Waves grocery is a short walk with everything else you may need. The outdoor living spaces are just as lovely as the indoor spaces, our favorite being the dock. Thank you Rose for an incredible first Gulf Shores experience we will never forget!

This was an excellent location. My kids loved fishing off the dock but we also loved how close it was to walk to the ocean. Comfortable beds and a great space for our family of 6.

Great location with easy walk to the beach! Enjoyed our own private dock on the lagoon with porch swing. Cottage was clean and had its own charm.

Overall great stay

Great lagoon view. Nice, clean property. Fit our family well. Just wish there was a dustpan provided, and wish it had the swing hammocks as pictured. Overall, great place!

Perfect for family of 4

My family and I really enjoyed our week at Lagoonacy. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Gulf Shores, yet far enough from the noise around The Hangout. Comfort and quality are very important to us so I was pleased to see that there are plenty of fluffy bath linens and beach towels for a week. Our experience renting with VRBO has been old, ratty towels in the homes, but that was not the case this time. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, just a bit too tall for me standing @ only 5ft. tall. Thankfully I found a step stool in one of the closets! There is one suggesting I would make... when the patio furniture is replaced, you may want to consider not replacing it with more metal furniture since the salt water humidity has started rusting what you currently have. Overall we were so happy with this home. This is the 4th time renting a VRBO house for our summer vacation but the 1st time we all said we wanted to return. There is so much to do in and around Gulf Shores and the location of Lagoonacy is just perfect! 💯

The cutest Little Lagoon cabin!

My family and I had the best vacation here. It was perfect for us since we brought our boat. We loved checking the crab traps everyday, fishing, going out on the boat, hanging out on the front porch, and exploring on the bank by the pier. There was so much to do we only went to the beach one day but it was an easy walk. We hardly even turned the TV on, it was so nice! The only thing I would recommend is more storage for clothing in master bedroom and a light on the pier for night fishing :) We miss this place already, so thankful for the memories, We will be back soon!

Month long stay

We loved our time awau! Nice to have no shared walls with a private home. Bathrooms were great, comfortable master bed,(only one used). Great to have a covered dock and such close beach access. Some confusion on enty lock at arrival communication and never able to access storage for beach chairs, but not a necessity.
