OK stay overall! The property could afford some TLC throughout, & the descriptions and pictures of property are a bit misleading. There is quite a few interior areas that need repainted due to peeling paint, shower curtains are not appropriately hung or are far too short, Bath shower heads & towel hooks need replaced, living room furniture is warn down & sparse for a house that sleeps 12 (seating for 4-5 ) . The exterior door handles and locks need replaced the metal has started to deteriorate & rust due to the exposure to the elements. The description said great views of Gulf ( only if you count seeing a bit of water between the properties across the street) there is no direct view or exterior deck from the house to the pool or pickleball court. The pool was was dirty and the deck around the pool had warped boards & rusted screws that were coming loose & hazardous to toes & bare feet, there are no sun loungers and the umbrella is broken and does not fit the patio table and again pool furniture is sparse 4 basic chairs and one table for a shared pool between two units that if identical is labeled for 12 people is no where close to acceptable. The property description does not clarify that you must walk 1/4 of mile for beach access point. The trash was beyond full upon arrival and the floors throughout the property were absolutely filthy. On a positive note the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, decent pots & pans, only thing missing was a baking sheet / pizza pan!
