Nice Condo with Great Beach Views & Access
ProsThe condo offers an exceptional location, situated directly across from the beach access walkway. The patio features high-quality furniture, including two rocking chairs, two gliders, & a double-seat chair with a beach view. Additionally, there are three large patio doors. On-site security provides an added layer of safety. The beach was not overcrowded & we appreciated the convenience of chair rentals as we flew in. If you are bringing your beach chairs, don't worry, the rental company does not overcrowd the entire beach. Overall, I would book this condo again.ConsA separate location is required for key pickup & drop-off, although the process is quick and straightforward. Parking is 30. Noise from the parking lot can be heard from in the front bedroom, potentially disturbing light sleepers. The screen doors lack a locking mechanism, instead featuring an old-school bar at the bottom; however, we felt secure throughout our stay. One of the patio doors the handle does move, and it can be difficult to shut. The condo requires a thorough deep cleaning, paying attention to details such as vents, bathroom ceiling fans, shower door ledges, walls, and shower drains, which contained a clump of the previous guest's hair.
