This condo has its own designated parking space marked 305 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.
This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the top floor in the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Small condo on beach

Location was great, cleanliness of condo was not. No storage for bathroom necessities for 4 people staying. Floor grout was horrendously dirty, black feet instantly after a shower. No curtains so we used fleece blankets to darken window spaces. AC worked well tho so that’s a plus, won’t be back

Nice condo with amenities, clean and close to town. Only draw back was so disposal in the kitchen. We cook a lot on vacation so it was gross and a hassle not to have that.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway (3 adults)! The property is exactly as described and pictured, with direct, private beach access right down the stairs. Even on Labor Day weekend, the beach was not overly crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was a breeze! We so enjoyed our stay.

great stay, on the beach, doesn't get much better than this

We had a great day . You are so close to the beach and that makes everything easier. It's a small , clean , beautiful place. The only recommendation I have is to bring extra toilet paper as they only provide 2 rolls so we ran out. To the owner / property manager, we had a great stay , it would be great if there were extra trash bags. We could not find any so once we filled the trashcan we had to use Walmart bags.😊

No bed bugs. All appliances work. On the beach with private access. Personally, we wouldn’t stay here again because the property itself (unit) is not very well-kept or updated, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep at night after you beach-it for the day, this would work.
