Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout.
Top floor, end unit (3 flights of stairs, no elevator)

Parking:
This condo has its own designated parking space marked 505 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. No extra parking available at this site.

The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.
This condo is beach side. This condo has a large private deck/balcony. This condo is the end unit on the top floor in the east building. We also have great views of the gulf from each bedroom.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East. This condo is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.











The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

The view was great and the location was easy to get to the beach. What we didn’t care; bathroom it needs to be updated, the toilet is questionable make sure to flush multiple times, the shower and tub is in desperate need of an upgrade and the water pressure is terrible. The furniture as well as the beds seem dated and are not that comfortable. The screen was torn in the window of the main room so it couldn’t be opened for an ocean breeze. The deck is also in need of some maintenance and the furniture wasn’t that comfortable either.The area is quiet and you will need a vehicle to get to most places. I would just have expected it to be nicer/more updated for what I had to pay. I guess I payed for the view.

We enjoyed our stay. Deana was the best manager.We loved all new kitchen appliances, the uncluttered décor, the wood floors, rug and the wonderful view that was just steps from the beach. It was ok clean could have been cleaner. Dressers and closets had lots of room. We can’t stand a bunch of cluttered accessories that have to be moved. Can’t say enough about the uncluttered and nice colors. We loved this! Great AC and ceiling fans Improvements needed:I don’t see how more than 2 people can be comfortable at the Beachfront 505. The bathroom was so small. We had to use the spare bedroom for our luggage and essentials. No where to even put towels, washcloths or toiletries. Commode is extremely old and needs replacing. Stops up constantly. Kitchen supplies were limited. We don’t use Teflon cookware and that’s all they had. If I had known this, I would have brought something to heat water in..We bring our own French press but needed a pan or kettle for heating water. Only 1 garbage bag! Really! Better bring everything for this condo! Towels were rough, scratchy and small. I used my beach after showering. The drapes on the sliding glass doors needs replacing with something that will slide without coming off the rod. Kitchen sink needs and overhead light. White coffee table needs major cleaning!Really missed having a covered porch. The deck is almost impossible to sit on unless you love constant sun! The tv stand was sticky to touch.

Our stay in Gulf Shores went well. The condo was right on the water, beautiful views, had everything we needed and was able to speak with the property manager when I needed to. The only issue was the amount of stairs we had to carry our luggage up. Also, the sofa bed mattress cover was poorly cleaned, which Deana had the cleaning company drop a new one off.

Fantastic spot!!

This unit looked just like the pics online and the proximity to the beach was awesome! No need to get covered in sand when you could easily sit out on the huge private deck. The unit was extremely clean and decorated so well. I would love to return for a fall beach break!

Perfect location

We had 4 girls which worked out fine. Just have to plan and take turns for the one bathroom. But all worth it for the perfect location. Right on the beach with an awesome balcony overlooking the beach. Best place ever.
