Great location
This property has a great view overlooking the beach and gulf, which allowed for watching dolphins from the balcony. The location is close to many restaurants and stores. The condo is clean and spacious.

Caution!
I am just going to be very honest about our experience. The condo was not in the best shape according to the pictures provided. The carpets were filthy, the couch was very dirty with stains all over it, the first bedroom with the queen bed had a broken box springs and extremely hard mattress, the floor tiles do have cracks and breaks in them through-out the condo, the first bathroom attached to the first bedroom tub wouldn't drain on the first day of our trip. The management company of the property did send someone from maintenance to get the tub drain fixed and the broken bed frame was replaced. A work order was open to get the carpets & couch cleaned. We chose to not have the cleaning crew come into the condo during our stay and requested this to be done upon our departure. We hope for future guest this work order for the cleaning was fulfilled. Every single person we encountered that worked for the management company was very professional, friendly and responsive to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, they only manage the property so are very limited when it comes to how the owner of the property chooses to take care of it regarding furnishings and cosmetically. On more of a positive note, this condo has a beautiful view, located directly on the beach, great location to all the great restaurants and shopping.

Nice but needs some fixes.
Great location, awesome balcony with view, and beach. Unit was spacious, nice, accommodating for only four. However, the sofa is covered in grime, absolutely needs covering to even sit on and should be replaced. Ice maker is malfunctioned and leaks water. Second bedroom described to have flat screen tv, but has about a 20 year old joke of a tiny television. There is a real security issue that door cannot be bolted/locked from inside other than a chain slide, and doesn’t lock automatically behind on ingress OR egress!! Property was great.
