Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The view was outstanding, and the place was very clean! Because of how the unit was angled, we got to see the sun rise in the morning and the sun set in the evening. The building is non-smoking, which is a huge benefit for us. When we had an issue with a chain smoker on the balcony beneath us, both the onsite security and Liquid Life (the property manager) took our concerns seriously and responded right away. Overall excellent service and a lovely stay! We will be booking with Liquid Life again in the future!

Beautiful view with a wonderful balcony and very convenient location. The unit has great space but could use some updating. The rugs in the living room and bedroom were very dirty. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and that this condo has multiple pools, one with zero entry and water jets for the kids.

The condo had a excellent view of the Gulf and the two pools below. Additionally the elevator wait area and 16th floor walkway view of the Gulf Shore State Park and the lake on the opposite side of the condo complex was spectacular. The condo had a great layout; the bunk beds was a definite favoite for my grand daughter.

Great beach condo!

Conveniently located, clean space, safe environment with security, easy beach access, clean pools, cute clean condo. We absolutely loved our stay and location with restaurants, market, bar, souvenir shops within walking distance. Everything for the whole family. And the view!!! Did not want to leave! The condo is beautiful and as good as photos. My only suggestion is to the owner would be to have a few more paper products ( toilet paper, paper towels, detergent for washing clothes and dishwasher soap) the last thing I want to do on a Vacation is to shop for toilet paper and paper towels , etc It wouldn’t cost the owner anything to have a few more products for the home.

This condo was gorgeous! Extremely clean, well decorated, well stocked, beds were comfortable, and everything was updated/newer. The pools were clean and beautiful, beach access was a breeze and our views were amazing. We enjoyed every second of our stay and will 100% book this exact condo again.
