 Bienvenido a la hermosa plantación de Gulf Shores, que es una comunidad de vacaciones cerrada que ofrece más de 4000 pies de frente privado de playa blanca, dunas de arena naturales y hermosos paisajes bien cuidados. Las actividades están disponibles para todas las edades y son perfectas para escapadas familiares.

Nuestro condominio recién y recientemente decorado tiene una vista impresionante del Golfo DIRECTO, y está completamente amueblado y bien mantenido para su disfrute y comodidad. La cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, tostadora y licuadora. El condominio también cuenta con WiFi, dos televisores, DVD, cable, VCR y un reproductor de CD.

El dormitorio tiene una cama doble y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama. La unidad también tiene dos literas incorporadas. Ropa de cama, plancha y todos los utensilios de cocina. El establecimiento ofrece una lavandería que funciona con monedas. Este complejo se encuentra al lado del campo de golf Kiva Dunes, clasificado a nivel nacional, a pocos minutos de los restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento de Gulf Shores.

Wedding trip

The property was clean with many ammenies, including a on site restaurant. Anyway the condo was just as described and wonderful the ocean view was incredible. You can hear the waves from the balcony. It is newly renovated and the property owner is easy to deal with.

Great weekend getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo! Very comfortable and clean. Perfect size for a couple. Location was amazing. Quiet and peaceful. Amazing views. Entire facility was well kept. Tisa was a great host. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Just needs a little work

Just a few tweaks, and this property would be awesome. Upon arrival, it was a picture on the wall, covering the breaker box that had fallen and broken and was laying in the floor. There were a few areas of dirt in the floor (corners mostly) and the tub had some residue left. Could have used a couple of night stands by the bed & my wife recommended a hair dryer. Overall the location was great & new appliances were a nice touch. Views of the beach were beautiful and WiFi was fast. Like I said, just a few tweaks…

Tranquility

I especially love that it is in an area without high rise buildings lining the beach. As a Baldwin County native, it reminds me of my visits to the beach in the 1970's. The condo is very nice and the only sounds I heard other than children enjoying themselves were the sounds of nature. Just the peace I crave.

It's a wonderful condo in a wonder spot. Ft. Morgan is one of the last unspoiled beaches in the state. Get there while you can! A great renter too!

OWNERS ARE LUCKY I CANT LEAVE PHOTO REVIEWS

We’ve stayed in MANY budget friendly condos and this one takes the cake for FILTH. And they had the audacity to charge us $50 for forgetting to leave the pool key in the room. Slumlords do those kind of things though so not surprised. It’s bad when you can’t wait to go home from VACATION because the beds are horrendously uncomfortable. I wish I had brought an air mattress because that would have been more comfortable than EITHER mattress offered. The owners are very lucky I cannot leave photo reviews. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

Beautiful Gulf View Stay

This is a very nice one bedroom apartment, with bunk beds in the hallway. It has a direct Gulf view! The resort was very nice, and we were about 5 minutes from a convenience store if we needed anything. We even did laundry with the machines a few feet from our room. A very nice place and I hope to return one day.

Smaller than anticipated

The good>> this condo is located on probably the best place possible on the property. It was clean, decent sized bathroom, tile floors made it easy to clean up the sand, great view from the balcony, quiet area, convenient to the laundry room, indoor pool area with a big hot tub, sauna, and steam room was fantastic! The bad>> the condo was much smaller than we anticipated. The bunk beds were tiny, not the full width of a twin. The top bunk has no ladder and was not even accessible which forced our daughter to have to sleep with us. The kitchen/living room wasnt really even usable when the sofa bed was pulled out, you could not open the balcony door when it was pulled out. The bedroom has lamps for lighting which are very dim. Several light switches in the condo that go to nothing, or couldnt figure out what they go to. The bedroom also only had one small 3 drawer dresser, so nowhere really to store clothes. The kitchen sink is a tiny, one bay sink, garbage disposal did not work. The central air is really loud. Overall we still had a great time, and the property itself was amazing. But the condo was just extremely small, I would not list this as sleeping 6. 4 adults and maybe one small child on the bottom bunk. The top bunk is dangerous, and pretty much useless as it has no ladder. It would be better used for a storage/shelving area.

Close to the beach

Great property! Family oriented. Great view. Loved the pool for kids. The only reason i not giving a 5 star rating is the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was great. Owner was easy to work with and easy to contact.

Gulf Shores / Fort Morgan

After reading previous reviews, I agree with them that check-in was effortless, beach access was close and handy, nice views, the community was somewhat secluded, not very crowded, and the owner responded promptly to my emails. However, I have to disagree with them saying that it was clean! Under the glass in the refrigerator needed cleaned, the sliding glass door tracks had NOT been cleaned for quite sometime, and the fabric on the sofa and throw pillows was soiled. Also, the unit had a strong musky smell which I used almost a full can of Febreze during our 4 night stay in order to endure the odor. Another issue was the bed sheets elastic was stretched and would not remain in place.

Nice condo and beautiful view from the balcony

We enjoyed this so much! The beach was very clean and was not busy at all, on Easter weekend! The grounds were very nice. The condo was as described and the linens and towels were all clean. The twin beds were very small, so plan accordingly. The condo was pretty clean, for the most part, but the cleaning team missed a couple minor things that were communicated with the condo owner and she was very easy to get in touch with. Will stay again :)
