Actual accommodations were smaller than appeared in the photos. The property showed is age while the updated interior was showing a little wear and tear. Blackout curtains would have been a nice addition. The washer/dryer units smelled of mildew. The pool at the property was nice, very welcoming for kids and families. During the stay, there was a disagreement/altercation that created a sense of unease and tension for myself and my wife as an interracial couple.

Loved it!

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. I was there with my kids and it was a perfect fit. Place looked just like the pictures showed, the location was awesome to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. One of the toilets needed a little help, so I called management, they were super helpful and had somebody out in 20 minutes to fix it which was amazing. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Very cozy and short walk to the beach

This was a very relaxing, welcoming, and calm place to stay. Close to restraints and things to do. I would recommend if you need chairs and umbrellas, we used Ikes. They provide chairs and umbrellas for the condo close by. We had a great time and we were very happy with the town house.

Clean and convenient location

We had a great time staying here. Very convenient location on the beach near a number of stores and restaurants with many more down the road a short distance. Property is not new, but owners have done a good job updating and keeping interior in good repair. Initial communication is all automated (or at least seems that way) as this is run by a rental management company, but the information provided was concise and helpful. We had no need to reach out for further guidance and our needs/expectations were met. Would definitely stay here again for the price we paid--great value.

A Quick Getaway

Everything was great and as described except for one thing….listing said it came with grill and no grill. Communication between site management was excellent and when asked about the grill they said it didn’t come with it?!? When on listing said it did and even in parking area showed an ashbin for the unit. Anyways that was only issue I had. Family had fun and it is an excellent place to stay and within walking distance to everything. Appreciate y’all and thank you we will be staying with y’all again in the future.

Enjoyed our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that it's owned by a company not people so there are no "niceties". There are no seasonings or coffee filters or anything that isn't utensils/plates/silverware. Also, they are ADAMANT about not letting you into the unit early. They'll charge you extra if you go in 1 second early (or at least that's what it says). We got to Gulf Shores early and saw the cleaning person leave so I called to see if we could get in a couple hours early and the response was a resounding no. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from them again.

Great Location

Being located on the beach and within a short walk of many shops and restaurants makes this a great spot. Nice pool that was never crowded if you're not into the sand and surf. Two en suites upstairs plus a half bath on main level makes it perfect for 2 adults, 2 couples, or a small family. Only real drawback was no towels or other items (toys, cooler, umbrella, etc.) for beach are provided. The only beach item available was a single beach chair. We bought a 2nd one and left it for future guests. Check-in and out was easy.

Labor Day Weekend Beach Trip

The townhouse is as pictured. Ample space both downstairs and upstairs. Good size refrigerator to store everything. Lots of seating in living room with nice TV. Beds were very comfortable. Was good having the bedrooms away from the living room. Shower in master bedroom is nice. Having two balconies downstairs off the living room and upstairs off the master bedroom was very nice. Improvement areas: the townhouse could use a good deep cleaning. It’s not horrible by any means but from the entry way to the master bedroom shower — a good cleaning would make this place great. For example, while the master bedroom shower is extremely nice, a good scrubbing of the tiles and having some of the stripping that goes around the bottom edges put back in place of the shower would be good to do. We did find a dead cockroach on the floor of the upstairs secondary bathroom and a wad of hair on the stairs handrail (which we reported to Beachball Properties). And if you’re someone who like to sleep on fluffy pillows — bring your own. We made a trip to Wal-Mart to pick up a few. Maybe some newer chairs for the balcony off the living room would be nice. All of this didn’t stop me from giving a 5 star rating though. Just advice for the owner. Thank you for your hospitality!

Location is great. Cleanliness is lacking

There was some minor trash left from previous visitors upon our arrival. The pull out trundle beds do not pull out easily without having to move the king size bed and night stands. There’s dirt under the beds. You aren’t given any kitchen washcloths only one hand towel, this makes any easy hand washing a bit difficult. The mattress is broke down in the master bedroom, the pillows need to be replaced or bring your own.There’s extra pillows and sheets in a prepackaged bag but only one pillow case per sheet set.

The property was exactly as pictured in the ad, met all our needs and we would stay in this unit again. We are old school and this was our first time using anything other than a traditional hotel. Several questions that could have been answered by a live person prior to staying would have been helpful. Convenient location, nice pool, wonderful beach.

Overall

All was good. There were a couple of things that we would like to be noted. There was a leak coming from the attic and I messaged on my VRBO app in which the response was great. They sent a maintenance man and he said he would get with the owners well the next two days the leak got worse and it was from the air conditioner unit and we were trying to keep the water as much as we could in the buckets we had set everywhere on the stairs and then I messaged them again and at 9 p.m. they sent two maintenance men out and they fixed the problem. They guys were great and very respectful. On another note maybe the kitchen could have a little more stock in it meaning salt n pepper and maybe a couple of spices. It’s something so small but when we needed it it would have been nice to have. Overall the place is adorable and is comfy. Decorations are great and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are on the small side but they get the job done. We were there for softball nationals and we enjoyed it. Thank You

Great Stay in Gulf Shores

This is our second time staying in this condo community and it did not disappoint! Such a nice area! This condo was clean, nicely furnished, and uncluttered which makes it easy to settle in quickly. Nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the space! Couple small things that would be helpful - having a blanket, not just a sheet set, for the pull out couch bed and have the cleaning staff be sure the dishes are clean for the next guests before being put away. Most of the utensils and cooking accessories had food still stuck on them.

Best location ever!

Super nice property, very comfy...love the 2 balconies! Can't beat the location...the beach was just a short walk from the condo, so close that anything other place just won't compare to this now! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again!
