Sink your toes into the sandy beach on the bay or cast a line from the 225’ fishing pier (shared with the neighboring cottage). You might even spot dolphins playing in the distance! (Please note: no swimming access into the bay.)

Located about 25 minutes west of Gulf Shores, Pelican’s Perch offers a quiet respite from the crowds - the perfect mix of coastal charm and serenity.

Public beach access to the Gulf is directly across Fort Morgan Road - just a 5–7 minute walk away.

You’re also minutes from the Fort Morgan Historic Site, the ferry to Dauphin Island, and the public boat ramp just beyond the ferry landing. The acclaimed Kiva Dunes Golf Course is just five miles away.

Beautiful small house which underwent a FULL remodel not long ago. Well stocked kitchen ready to cook in, amazing view of the bay, comfortable beds and furniture. Really convenient to beaches, the inter-island ferry and a couple of great places to eat. Far enough outside of Gulf Shores proper to avoid the crowds, close enough to go into town for what you need.
