The smell of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect getaway, one block from the gulf and one block from the lagoon. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom half of a duplex house with private balcony’s and space to relax. You have space under the house for private bbq’s and outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. Bring your jet ski's, park under the unit and launch right around the corner.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

A great place for our weeklong celebration of our youngest graduating from high school. Exactly what she and her friends wanted: plenty of room, quiet, easy beach access, close enough to all the fun but far away enough to not be congested and loud.

Can’t wait to come back.

The property is clean, spacious, well laid out, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s located in an incredibly quiet area. The bikes & chairs are a nice touch. Also loved the balcony. We had the best time.
