Important Notice – North Elevation Project at Crystal Tower
Dates: August 4 – November 24 (subject to change)
Crystal Tower will undergo a significant improvement project, referred to as the North Elevation Project. During the first 3–4 weeks, grinding will occur on every floor, which may generate noticeable noise and dust. Guests should plan accordingly.

Crystal Tower 1203 is a 12th-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with incredible Gulf views. Located just across the street from the beach, it provides deeded beach access via an air-conditioned overpass.

• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring runs throughout the condo.

• The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats four, with two additional bar stools for casual seating.

• A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience.

• The living room includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests.

• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.

• Wristbands are required while using the amenities.

Parking Information
Paid parking is collected directly by the condominium association upon arrival. Only card payments are accepted—cash is not accepted. A maximum of two vehicles per unit is allowed.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
