Spacious (2100+ sq ft each level) duplex home located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Take a look at the map and see where this amazing property is located. You won't even need a car to get to the best local attractions. Located across the street from the public beach with an unobstructed view of the water. Enoy a great playground and public restrooms directly on the beach. Crossing to the beach is one block with dedicated stop lights for safe crossing. While soaking up this incredible atmosphere you can enjoy 10 restaurants including The Hangout, 3 souvenir shops, 2 ice cream stores, 2 liquor stores and a well-stocked Dollar General...ALL WITHIN 4 BLOCKS! The new Embassy Suites Hotel is located a few hundred feet away that has a gulf view balcony bar, live music, outdoor bigscreen TV and a heated pool(pool passes can be purchased from ResortPass). So many fun festivals and sporting events happening year round...RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!

This level can accommodate up to 10 guests. Very spacious 3BR/3BA with high ceilings, and free WiFi. Parking for 6 cars per side available. Outside shower, Weber BBQ grill and storage with ice maker located on ground level.

As you enter the spacious first bedroom, it will include a King-size bed, ROKU TV and en suite bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen & bunk bed with closet for storage. The hall bathroom(shower and tub)can be accessed from the second bedroom and hall (perfect for guests using the hall built-in bunk beds).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The bonus laundry room includes a full-sized washer & dryer, counter space and shelving. Wet bar next to kitchen with free standing high capacity ice maker. Kuerig and coffee maker in kitchen.

Gather in the living room to watch the game on the large ROKU TV. YouTube TV service provided in each unit living room, with all streaming services available on your own personal account (NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc).

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with premium mattress for ultimate comfort & relaxation. There is a ROKU TV. The master has an attached en suite bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower with 5 shower heads. The double vanity is large with ample cabinetry for storage plus more space in the adjacent closet.

Great views of the beach and gulf from the private balcony accessible from the living room & master bedroom. E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees.

For guest security, we have installed a security camera at the unit entrance.

A Spacious Escape

I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the house with 10 women under one roof. Having multiple icemakers was a huge plus for our bunch! Proximity to the public beach and local eateries made traveling to and from fast and easy. Our view was beautiful! We stayed on the lower level for a bachelorette trip. My only suggestion is stay in the upper level if you're good with stairs so people aren't stomping over you. I believe the house could use some more coffee cups and cups in general. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, even with hotel construction across the street it was easy to walk to the beach plus the local shops and restaurants. House was spacious, clean and amazingly quiet even with it being a block off of the two main roads.

Great Place

Three generations of the family stayed here while our youngest played in a baseball tournament. Nothing bad to say about this place. Great location, great accommodations, clean living quarters, and great owner/management group. Honest owner even mailed back our youngest's jewelry that was left behind on accident. You WON'T regret your stay!
