We had a family stay for spring break - we enjoyed everything here. The rooms/bathrooms were clean and well stocked, the kitchen had all we needed for a family of 8 to cook and eat. close walk to the beach or step out to lagoon dock. Highly recommend this place.

This is a lovely property. The views of the lagoon were amazing. Having beach access a short walk away was priceless as well. If you like things a little quieter this is the spot. If you like being in the thick or things it might be just about a half mile too far from the hubbub. For us it was great. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoys the games and puzzles as well.

Every thing was great. Only complaint would be more parking in case other family members was driving separately. Benjamin the security guard was fantastic very helpful. We would stay again.

Girls Trip!!!

We select a different destination every year. This was by far the best yet! The condo was beautiful, clean with views of the gulf and the ocean, couldn't beat that! Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

This unit was beautiful! Great detail has been taken to the decorating. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of kitchen appliances, pots/pans. We had a slight issue with the kitchen sink that was addressed and fixed very timely. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful quiet location, yet 10 minutes to conveniences

The condo was incredible!!!! It had incredible views. You can see the beach from your bedroom window. It was very clean and had all of the cooking amenities that you could ever want. The beds were so comfortable. It was just a gorgeous, gorgeous unit. We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for providing this incredible unit to stay in. God Bless.

Beautiful property.

The property was easy to locate and very clean upon arrival. We got into town late but the communication for late check in was excellent. The location of the property is perfect because it's away from all the fuss and fight of the main drag. Access to the beach was easy to find and it's a private beach. The condo was gorgeous with tons of cookware and cooking gadgets. The rooms were neatly prepared. The mattresses were a bit worn, but good enough. Also a few blown light bulbs in the bathroom. All in all, i would definitely stay here again.

Don’t think twice, just book!

This condo was seriously sooo nice. Very very clean and well kept! The loaner beach wagon and umbrella came in clutch! With a large family, we felt big breakfasts and dinners were easy to do and everyone had a seat at a table! We are already looking into this time next year for this condo. Very easy check in process and easy to reach management. Only thing I can think of is if you are wanting something walking distance to the main strip, this was only about a 5-7 min drive. Walking across the street to private access to the beach helped make up for it! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. ❤️

Family beach Trip

I wasn’t impressed by the check in process . I don’t see the point of driving across town to just pick up parking passes and an envelope with the door code. The parking passes could have been left in the condo and the codes could have been emailed. The elevator was so complicated to figure out at first , it took us literally 20 minutes to get to our floor, having to enter a code for the elevator is unnecessary. The condo was very spacious and clean . Our group was very impressed by the cleanliness, the comfort of the furnitures , and it had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication was very lacking. Our thermostat would not go lower than 77 degrees, I messaged the host on here and never got a response, being run by a company took out the personal touch that an individual provides . Overall, we had a great time and the condo was great!
