BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

205 E, Martinique
Martinique is a special place- low density, 2 pools, exercise room, security and a beautifal beach right next to the Bon Secour Park ( there is nothing but sand and dunes to the east of the property). 205 East was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Beachball Properties is the leasing agent and they were superb. We had a broken toilet seat ( how embarrassing) and it was replaced within 2 hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!
I just spent Spring Break here with my 2 kids & it was perfectly located on the beach & not too far from pool.
Well stocked & great views from living area & primary bedroom. Would stay here again for sure.

Quiet Beaches!
We loved our stay in Martinique! It is far enough from the busy Gulf Shores beaches to feel like you have the place to yourself. Yet, it is an easy drive to the center of all the dining and shopping we wanted.

Great spot for a family vacation.
Everything was great at the rental and we have an awesome trip! Only downsides were the pool was closed for renovations which we didn’t find out until we were there, but the beach was perfect for the kids to play at instead. Only other thing that I don’t think was specific to the unit was that you couldn’t put the thermostat lower than 72 degrees so it was very stuffy and hot when we first got there. After running the fans and closing all the blinds, it cooled down, but keep in mind during summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip overall!

The Martinique property was lovely. The condo was nice, dated, and with several maintenance issues. The property management company Beachball was not very customer friendly. I explained in detail in an email to Beachball the issues I had and never received any acknowledgement from them. I would not rent from them again. Not sure whey they are rated so highly on vrbo.

Beautiful condo
This is a beautiful condo that has comfortable furnishings. The area is very quiet. I will say that there are 2 negatives. 1- we were very aware of the neighbors in the condo above us. Noise levels were high from people walking above us. 2. The thermostat had to be left on 72 or higher ( per note above thermostat. ). In the afternoon the condo was 74-76 degrees and it took hours to cool the condo down. Therefore, we spent the entire stay with all blinds closed hoping to decrease the indoor temperature.

Spacious condo with a beautiful view!
The only issue I had was you get 2 parking passes. There is NO additional parking if you want to have guests for the day. We were not aware of no additional parking.
Master bedroom could use a more comfortable mattress but other than that , this is a very nice condo. We particularly LOVED the ICE MAKER. No noise from other condos made for a peaceful stay. Beach was not crowded and has a secluded feel.

Fort Morgan Family Getaway
This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family of 6!! We LOVED how Fort Morgan beaches are way less crowded than other area beaches, and the pool, sauna, and hot tub were a very nice added bonus!! The only minor problem we experienced was trying to get our door code to work at check-in, but after talking to the property manager, we were let in condo and not long after our door code began to work, so no big deal. We had a blast and will definitely return!
