*Light, bright and just remodeled with special touches.
*Private resort and beach, pools, gym, amenities and a security guard entrance. The beach is only for guests of the resort in quiet, calm Fort Morgan, AL.
*Fort Morgan is an island included in Gulf Shores, AL living area, but is almost exclusively private beach homes - not high-rise building crowding the beach. Great restaurant on the 1st floor of this popular resort.

Guest access
-You are welcome to use every inch of the condo! And, you will find the condo guest card to access all the amenities! And there are LOTS!
-There is a $35/vacation parking pass the resort requires. Your pass is good for your entire vacation. You are able to pay for the pass online before you travel and will receive it from the guard station upon arrival.

Other things to note
*No smoking of any kind in condo or on balcony or immediate eviction and fine of $500.

**There is a $250 damage deposit required for the booking. This will be returned back to you within 72 hours of your check out, only if there are no violations of the house rules and that the house has been returned in its original condition. You will receive a link three days before your check-in to submit the damage deposit.
