Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views!

Welcome to our piece of paradise in Gulf Shores, Alabama where the motto is small town, big beach. The view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony is fantastic and will make you want to stay forever. Where else can you watch the sun rise over the ocean and then also watch the sun set over the ocean right from your balcony? Our condo is located in Island Sunrise between the State Pier and the Hangout within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Do you hate waiting on elevators in large condominiums? Skip the elevator! One flight of stairs and you are at the beach or pool. Our place has 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. Things that we think you should know: The view is amazing! Our place is clean and smoke free. We are sorry - pets are not allowed. Ceramic tile throughout the entire condo. Brand new living room furniture. We also just purchased new high end deck furniture. No flimsy plastic chairs here! Watch the sunrise or sunset over the water and enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony. Other Amenities include the swimming pool, covered porch area with lounge chairs and swings, barbeque grills, showers and a walkway to the sugar white sands of the gulf coast.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great place on the beach

Had a great stay. The place was just as they showed in the pictures, but even better. Closer to the beach than pictures can show. Easy to find and get into. All I needed was the door code which I got by text from the owners.

Wonderful Family Vacay on the Beach

Conveniently located on the beach one floor up. The pool and the beach are steps from the condo. Beds were comfortable. Many restaurants and eateries located close by. We had a great stay!

Memorial Weekend Escape

Condo was a great location and within 5-10 minute walk to several restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was only one flight down the stairs or elevator to be on the sand. There were carts available to unload and reload your luggage. There was a slight hiccup upon arrival with the AC not working but was shortly fixed once the owners were notified. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was a perfect choice and size for a mother and adult daughters.

An easy, simple, relaxing vacay

Two teachers from the Atlanta area with a son about to graduate, we desperately needed to decompress and get away. We needed budget friendly, but wanted to be on the beach. (Champagne taste on a water budget). We found this condo to be exactly what we needed. We like to have two bedrooms & two bathrooms. This was perfect. (if you have multiple children, the "guest" bedroom is perfectly set up for children to share a bath. Then, the master has windows opening up to the beach view. My guys loved sitting on the balcony in the Adirondack bar height seats), & enjoyed dad & son time together while I read on the sofa and joined conversation through the door. The kitchen had everything we needed especially my morning coffee with the Keurig. Specific perks of this condo: * it is easy to take the one flight of stairs to get to it (we never took the elevator once we got our luggage to the room (btw--there are PLENTY of carts to help you get your items unloaded and loaded). * The beach view is impeccable & you can check on your people out the front door which looks out onto the pool. *It is a smaller complex. We actually prefer smaller, more homey condominium complexes. This one was perfect in that way. *Location is great! Close to the Hangout & many great restaurants & shopping. *Great owners & communication. If you want a place that is clean, quiet, has great views & plenty of space--this is it!

Perfect vacation

We had a great time at this condo! It’s in a perfect location and right on the beach which is exactly what we needed with a 4 and 6 year old. My kids want to go back to the beach already and when asked if they want to stay here or another condo, they say the same one. I love that the condo was on the second floor and that the pool was never overcrowded.

Relaxing with a great view

This vacation was exactly what we needed for our family. The condo was perfect because the bedroom was not right next to ours so my daughter could listen to her music at night and not bother us. The beachfront location was my favorite, the pool my daughters and the view from the balcony was my husbands. It really was the perfect place to stay and the owners were quickly responsive to my questions on our drive down there. Hoping to be able to come back in the future.
